I had a clog in a pipe leading out of the house from my laundry room. For the first visit (cost $150) a tech came out and broke his equipment trying to break up the clog. Had to schedule another visit. Earliest the next tech could come out was 10 days later. Robert came out (no charge) on a Friday and suggested it was the septic that was the problem. Monday around 3 p.m. Mark came out to look ($150) and was able to unclog the pipes and get water to flow freely again, so he fixed the problem. Suggested a septic pump out (it had been 4 years since the septic was installed) and I agreed. Two techs came out the next day and pumped out the septic ($400). Overall, I am pleased wth the service. Would have been nice if they had fixed the problem sooner and saved the cost of a visit, since at $150, they are not inexpensive!

Called mid morning for septic pump out and received same day service! The two gentlemen on the job were friendly and did a great job keeping the yard disturbance to a minimum. They were informative as to what they were doing and offered helpful tips for septic maintenance. Jobsite looked great when they left. Highly recommend this local company for NE Florida.

I called Duck Duck Rooter on a Friday and told Jason, the person who answered the phone, that it wasn't an emergency. Jason told me that he could call me the following Monday mid-morning and we would set up an appointment for one of his technicians to come out to the house and check out a drainage problem I was having with my washing machine. Well Monday morning rolls around they don't call so at about 12:30 I called them up spoke to Jason again who told me he would call me back shortly and that there was a technician in my area that would be able to swing by and look at my problem. It's now over a week later he never called back and I never saw a technician. Evidently my business wasn't important enough to him to bother returning a call. So if you wanted to be treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally I recommend Duck Duck Rooter. You could bet your bottom dollar that will be the last time I call them and I damn sure won't be referring anybody to them. Hopefully I can find a plumbing company that will show me some respect and actually call back after I've spoken with them and not lie to my face and not bothér calling back. If you don't want/need my business or just too busy be upfront and say as much.

REASON FOR VISIT; To clear a clogged toilet line. The qualifying visit by a sales representative didn't quite match up with the arrival of their pumping truck instead of a repair van I was mistakenly expecting, This was after doing a walk around and inspecting the the cleanout access with their sales representative. But that's OK, that's on me for being unfamiliar in a 1st time homestead environment. I'd never before been acquainted with how septic tanks work having come from a residential subdivision city water/sewer atmosphere. After pumping out the main tank and cleaning up the site, they had a Home Depot size bucket that needed rinsed out to clear residue contents clean for transit to their next appointment. That's fine, he needed some water from an outdoor spigot. I showed Michael F. where the spigot was located. After clearing the winter pipe protection for him from the spigot he was able to get some water to rinse out the bucket. With that accomplished, he then proceeded to carry and dump the bucket contents in the middle of my concrete driveway approximately 10 feet from the garage door adjoining the house without ever asking me where he might possibly dump the remaining bucket wash. There's a prominent drainage ditch on each side of the entry driveway next to the road on both sides of the driveway and a natural undeveloped treeline to choose from bordering the property on 2 sides between Yellow Bluff and my property on a corner .6 acre lot. I was appalled with that quick unannounced action. The stench is as you'd suspect, even after it had quickly dried on the hot concrete surface. Needless to say, with that rude action alone, Duck Duck Rooters won't ever again be invited back. I am and remain very disappointed. I'd had a pleasant visit with the Duck Duck owner after purchasing the brand new home 6 years prior and was very comfortable with inviting them back this time without confering with Yelp. Things change with time and employee turnover. I hope this evaluation is put to good use for those coming behind me. It doesn't take much to spoil the broth for a good meal.

Hi, JEA notified me I had a possible leak. I contacted Duck Duck (love their name). They responded quickly and had Michael come by and replace my townhome shutoff valve and helped me isolate the problem. Michael was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. I found myself playing telephone tag with someone called Jeff just t make an appointment. I never was able to speak with this person. They filter people thru an automated system and promise call backs but that doesn't happen. I question the reliability of a company who relies so heavily on filtered communications~! I give up. Why offer a company representative who is always Unavailable to represent them???

We had a plumbing issue that we feared was going to cost thousands to fix. We ended up ordering to camera to have the piping scoped out and found there was a big block deep in the main line. He struggled to clear it for a little while but eventually got through and this ended up resolving our issue thankfully. Our plumber was very personable and patient and really enjoyed his company even though it was tough to know how it was going to turn out. Would definitely work with again!
