They came quickly, resolved blocked toilet outflow in less than 15 minutes. (I had spent 2 days trying to unblock it myself.) Very careful about cleaning up. Extremely pleasant plumber. Slightly expensive for time spent ($175) but cost included return visit should that be necessary. It wasn't.

Noticed issue early afternoon Friday. They had a truck with Greg out first thing Saturday morning. Gladly paid a small up charge for weekend service. Once we got it pumped out, Greg pointed out that the tank was in good shape and showed me that I had old clay tile pipes leading to tank and roots had invaded. He cleared that issue easily and everything is now flowing fine. I'll follow up on that line issue. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DDR in the future. Efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'Ve used three other services in the past. DDR is at top of list.
