Under no circumstances should you use this company. They destroyed our already Harvey flooded house and we had to ask them to leave. We are still discovering problems caused by their inadequacy. We were told that the work could be done in a week. They stayed at our house for months and every day caused the situation to get worse. Finally they did not come at all.The only way we finally received a response from them was to do a charge back on our credit card.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called for foundation work and paid over $9000 for repair. Several months later the house was in worse shape than before the work. Gaps between the walls and floors that you could stick your arm through. Called again for 'warranty'. Warranty only covers the work they did, which was around the perimeter of the house. After the perimeter was secured, the interior basically collapsed and would cost another $9000+. Ridiculous! The initial consultant basically told us, after all was done, that he would not have had the initial work done if it was him. Dishonest company. Had the owner come down for a chat and he basically told us we were out of luck.

Had Du-West come do a foundation inspection after water began bubbling up through floor boards during Hurricane Harvey. I suspected a foundation crack. The gentleman who came out was very professional and courteous and he quickly ruled out any foundation issues and tracked the problem down to a faulty patio door installation. No charge for the consult and I could not be happier.

I have had DU-West out to my home on numerous occasions. They have performed plumbing and A/C services for me. They are always prompt,courteous, and professional. They always identify the problem and a solution quickly. Once the problem has been identified they always have jumped right to getting the problem fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend Du-West for all of my plumbing,foundation, and A/C needs. They are truly the best in the industry.

First thing, the guy that showed up could not find the clean out pipe on the outside of the house. He did not speak any English so when he found an issue he told me "es broken" and when I asked what was wrong, he replied "call office"... By the time I was able to get the office on the phone, the guy had driven off. I found the clean out with two scoops of a shovel in the front of the house exactly where I told him it would be. Needless to say, they will not be getting my business for any type of plumbing work in the future. I had to call another plumbing company to come out and actually bring the necessary tools to put a camera in the pipeline and find the issue. Don't even waste your time calling this plumbing company...

My first impression of them is definitely not positive and if I could rate them lower I would. I setup an appointment with them and took a long lunch to accommodate meeting with them to get an estimate for some foundation work. They didn't show up and I didn't even receive a call either. I was initially a bit apprehensive setting anything up with them from the other reviews I had read and the fact that they were trying to charge a $10 fee just to come out, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well, I learned my lesson and upon reviewing further, I had 3 missed calls from them the day before and 1 missed call the day of the appointment. I am pretty busy at work and usually in meetings, so the fact that they didn't have the courtesy of leaving a message with whatever excuse they may have had shows their level of professionalism. Just because I had missed calls wouldn't automatically make me think anything was wrong as I would have thought they would have confirmed the appointment or at least left a message to give me some type of information. No worries, I will take my business elsewhere and thank you for showing me what I can expect if I would have hired you. My other estimates were over $30K, so you probably lost a good sale and there are plenty of other companies I can consider. Hopefully this review helps others out by not wasting their time.

We used Du-West a year ago for a $600 sewer system static and isolation test. It was concluded that we had a sewer line leak under the foundation. We used a different company for the repair. Now, one full year later, we are getting a letter that says we have an unpaid balance for the full amount. They admit in the letter that this is most likely a book keeping issue of theirs, and that they have had personnel changes which may be the reason why. But they want me to provide proof that I paid this bill (which I did), in order to clear the account. Sorry, but if you can't keep your own books straight, why is that my problem? Worse yet, we got the letter despite the fact that they have our address wrong. With a lot of their repairs having a larger price tag, wouldn't it be great to end up fighting a lien on your property because of their book keeping error and inability to send bills and letters to the proper address.

We were very happy with the service provided with Du-West. We had it done in November, 2013 and am happy to say that we haven't had any problems. They were courteous, and did the job on time, as promised.

We were told that the front part of the house was all that was needed to be addressed and that would resolve our issues 2010. It did not. We've called and gotten another representative out since, who now tells us another $9,000 needs to be done on the rear as well as the center of the foundation. When we asked about what we were told before the initial $9500 work was done and what their inspector told us, we were told "he no longer works for us". Not the kind of answer you tell a customer that is looking for corrective measures to a problem that was supposedly resolved. I was wanting them to adjust their lift. Didn't happen. So, at this point, 2015, the unstable foundation still remains. I have an engineer coming out in two weeks to give me an official report on my entire structure and where my foundation is and should be.

I need the foundation on my house repaired. I had an appointment with Du-West foundation yesterday. They did not show. Call the office and they scheduled an appointment for today. The guy left right away because I would not put all the dogs outside. I tried to tell him the dogs were contained. He just walked away and left! Very frustrated with Du-West!

After speaking with the manager at Du-West, he gave me lots of excuses, the admitted Du-West does not do houses with dogs. Of course, I have been waiting three months for this appointment, so there would be fewer dogs here. The first guy could have told me Du-West does not do dogs!
