Will never use them again, they're machine left oil stains all over my pavers, they didn't put the lid on my septic tank properly, and then tried to blame it on me!

I called these guys after my other 2 options werent available. They sent a guy over to take a look at the septic tank and give a free estimate, quoted $325 for an inspection and drainage. More than I was told by other companies but okay he came out when I was in need, then he called the pump truck and they said they were full and couldnt get there until next morning, they show up the next morning and septic is drained, guy recommends a $325 filter installation, he then says his tools """"crapped"""" on him and that he will be back on his day off sunday to install it at 10am, I waited until 11:25 and this dude shows up as I am on my way to another appointment and says he will do the work while im gone, I can only assume he installed it because there is no way for me to know as he concreted the opening. Moral story in the end, dont go out of your way to not get one of these guys fired because they will still take your money. Horrible service in the end, I'm a little afraid about writing this review because my name is listed and this company has my address but I figured it is going to be worth it if I can spare another user from going with them.

My father in law, had a badly stopped up system due to a lack of pumping over the years. 14 years to be exact. So we call this company to help us out. A very professional & polite gentleman named Jim showed up and dispatched a pump truck to the house. He had recommended a few more things due to how long the tank had been neglected...backwashing, pressure washing, a filter, and a pressurized blow out towards the drain field. The way we figured it is, of all the years that we neglected it we had saved a few bucks, so why not spend an extra few dollars to have things cleaned out properly going forward. The gentleman did a phenomenal job, my father-in-law had called me up ranting and Raving about how well they had cleaned the tank out. I was the middleman due to a lack of english (this is why I am writing this review in his place). The last thing that he had recommended which was going to be extra proved to be worth every last dime, as the pipe was indeed clogged towards the drain field. Upon completion water started moving towards the drain field as it is supposed to... Swiftly. It is the customers fault when things are neglected over the years, so nothing can be expected to be free. with that being said, in the event that we do end up paying money to get things corrected it's nice to see people take pride in what they are getting paid do. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future at my own home, nor would I have a problem recommending them to a close friend. Thanks again gentleman!

Called Du All at 3:30 pm in the beginning of the week to get our septic tank pumped out. The tank was very badly backed up, and the waste was inside our shower in the lower part of the drainage system. The lady told us someone would be there in 30 mins. After an hour of waiting, we called them back and spoke to a tech who said the pump truck was never notified to come out. He said he would have him right over. Another 40 mins went by and the tech called back to tell us the truck would have to come in the morning instead.. This left us in an awkward situation, so we decided to just call somebody else.. I'm a licensed journeyman plumber myself, and this type of service, (or the lack thereof) is frowned upon by all the good service techs out there.. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Very bad business practice. Will NOT ever use them again. Once they got your money and completed the job, they're unresponsive to my calls and emails if I have an issue or even a question later. If I get someone on the phone, they become hostile and say will call back to let me know. But they never do. Consumers beware. Du-All bought from Home Depot and installed a Glacier Bay toilet for my house, but not the style I asked for. Ok, I let that go. Du-All told me the toilet has one year warranty. But I found out it has a limited lifetime warranty. Per Home Depot proof of purchase like the original sales receipt is required and I can obtain the receipt from Du-All. However, Du-All refused to give it to me and said """"we don't have it."""" Then I told them Home Depot would print one out for them if their plumber go and request one. But the so-called manager on the phone said """"we don't do that"""" and hung up on me. Also their service fee is especially expensive not worth doing business with them.

I had a stopped up toilet in my daughter's bathroom I called du all and they sent me William he was neat professional and knowledgeable and had it working again in no time thank you for everything and I will continue to ask for William. .

Do Not use this company. They are not honest nor do they do what they say they are going to do, thus, deception. Please do not waste your precious time calling them. They are incompetent.

The shower handle broke off in our kids bathroom, had a steady water leak from the valve. We called Du-All at 9pm and they took ownership of the problem, replaced the valve and stopped the leak!! We also needed the kids bathtub to replaced (where no one else wanted to do this work because of all the Intricate tile work around the tub) but they did and at a price point well beyond our expectations!! Mark, the senior service tech, just finished the tub install and delivered an excellent job!! We look forward to working with them again and again!! Thanks for being there for us!!

Terrible service..... ripped us off for $1100.0 Said they'd return$200.00 NEVER happened! Cesspool backed up again after their work! Called roti router yay!!!! They are I reputable !!!!!!!!evn 1 star! Not Refused to remedy the problem
