They came out and provided a free estimate and said we needed over $4,000.00 worth of work done to our septic system and drain field. We used another company that only charged us $375.00. Seems like the first estimate from Du-All was a scam because the second company checked everything and there were no issues with our system.

Horrible service. Had a new pump installed on Friday. Was told everything was perfect and then Saturday night the pump stops working and septic is back up into a tenants home. Called their emergency line 3 times and left messages with the call center asking for a call back. Finally the call center talks with """"Abe"""" and he won't take the call to speak with me directly and just told the call center to tell me no one is going to come out until tomorrow so I should call back then. This company doesn't stand by their work and they are obviously not 24/7 service. Very disappointing. I guess we will see if someone does come out to fix the problem tomorrow.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF! Du-all came out to our house to pumped out our septic tank, and didn't seal the cover nor did he do a full check/service. The week following, it's been raining and all of our toilets are now backed up. They say it's not their fault. Okay sure... Abe is the rudest supervisor/manager I've ever spoken to. First of all he asked what my problem is and as I begin to speak, he immediately interrupts me. Numerous times. Then says """"how can I explain this in the simplest way"""" like I'm stupid? I will NEVER use this company or recommend this company to anyone! They are money hungry and commission based so of course they tell you there's no issue from us, we'll come out again or oh well that's going to be a bill in the thousands. That's complete BS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

A couple years ago they did a job for $1300, but it wasn't done correctly. I haven't been living in the house, so it is just recently that I found out. I have well water. There is a shower outside by the pool, with hot as well as cold water. The hot water's source is the filtered, softened water. But the cold is direct well water. Below the shower there is also a hose bib for filling the pool and washing down the concrete deck. I asked Du-All to change the connection so cold water to the shower and hose bib would be softened and cleaned of iron. It was not done correctly, as it is still straight well water. The entire patio has turned red from the rusty water. Actually, it is a very simple fix, just one new connection is needed. I have been trying to get them to do this very simple CORRECTION on the JOB THEY FAILD TO DO RIGHT (the two pipes are right next to each other.) I also asked for some other, new, work to be done. They refuse to correct the error saying I took too long and it is """"out of warranty."""" I had not been living in the house, so I could not see their mistake until much later. It is such a simple fix! Cut one PVC pipe and """"T"""" it into another. PLUS doing new work for me. They refuse to help. I spent $4800 with them in 2016 on other work! Not a good way to run a business, nor to keep a very good customer! I wish I had never found them.

I provide this review as a service to future customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I woke up one morning without hot water. I called them. They came; they instantly told me I needed a new hot water tank. I paid $2,000 for it; they replaced it; still no hot water. Not only did they not solve the problem, but they had caused me to spend $2,000 on something I did not need and now was stuck with and had to pay for. The plumber who was here consulted with his boss and they sent out another young plumber - no one could figure out the problem. (My family and I eventually discovered the problem a week or so later [neighbor's frozen HVAC line ran beside my hot water line and caused it to freeze].) In addition, when Village of Wellington came to inspect the hot water tank they installed, it did not pass inspection FOR THREE DIFFERENT REASONS. At this point, it has been TWO MONTHS since water tank installation and I still have no permit. When Du-All finally sent a plumber out to address what the Wellington inspector was talking about today, they informed me that they would have to charge me more money in order to do what the inspector said EVEN THOUGH THE INSTALLATION PRICE INCLUDED THE COST OF PERMITTING. The incompetence, and arrogance, here is astounding and truly unfortunate.

I recently bought a new home. I had a backup shortly after moving in. I called Du-All Plumbing and they sent Dan out and I couldn't be more happy. I had no clue the house had a septic tank. Dan knew right where it was. He removed my grass and put it on a tarp, opened the tank and found a clogged filter. Dan was very informative about my septic system in a way that I could understand it and taught me how I can save money in the long run along with the right treatment I should add monthly. The grass was put back and I cannot even tell that the area was dug up. Very professional! Thank you Du-all

They are corks. Told me $250 then said $500 to replace the valves and put in the faucets that I already bought and had the old ones out. That's horrible that they think they can screw with someone. I will find someone who's not a crook. Good luck!!

Richard came today & helped us with our backed up toilet & bath witch was a night mare . Till he came & fixed everything was VERY helpful & knowledgeable . Answered all questions & even helped replace our toilet handle . Very satisfied & def recommend (:

I had this company come out to my home. My septic was backing up into my home. Not only did they have someone out with in and hour, they fixed problem and charged me less then the other companies I had called. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing services.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with. Called guy came out. I had a leak under my floor. The guy called 4 times just to find my home. Told him where the leak was. He drilled a hole in the tile and there was the leak. Told me he could put in new lines and gave me a price. I said that was to high, but thanks. Comes back with a low price. I said ok. Works all day and can't get the job done. Tells me he will come back. Give him money....big mistake. Take the day off. Call no show. Finally shows tell us he can't do the job someone lost there phone ect... Call the company to make him leave....They are a told rip off. This is not a plumbing company....
