i recently used Du All plumbing for a newly purchased condo in Boca Raton. First time out they were 4.5 hours late, but I must say the tech they sent was a gentleman and stayed until he finished the work contracted. 2nd time they sent a moron who completely hacked my bathroom flange, not having a clue he said he was going to get parts (they carry nothing on the trucks) and never returned. When I called their office their GM (Abe) seemed like I was bothering him. I had to bring in another company and they refused to clean up the mess (hack job) made by Du All. I finally found a small local plumber who had to charge $265.00 extra for damages caused by Du All, to complete what should have been a simple job. Du All refused to compensate for their tech's mistakes. """" I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO FIX A GARDEN HOSE, LET ALONE HAVE THEM PERFORM WORK IN MY HOUSE """" SINCERELY GREG M. OF N.J.

Poor service, i had a tiny leak from the back of my toilet and the guy they sent out just had to change a small hose then charged me $500 for it and if that wasn't enough he had the balls to hit on me and asked me on a date, i felt really uncomfortable and unsafe the whole time he was at my house, if your a single girl like me i wouldn't ever call this company

I will never use them again. Showed up late and without even the basic parts needed to complete a job started a day earlier. Watch out!!!

I provide this review as a service to future customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I woke up one morning without hot water. I called them. They came; they instantly told me I needed a new hot water tank. I paid $2,000 for it; they replaced it; still no hot water. Not only did they not solve the problem, but they had caused me to spend $2,000 on something I did not need and now was stuck with and had to pay for. The plumber who was here consulted with his boss and they sent out another young plumber - no one could figure out the problem. (My family and I eventually discovered the problem a week or so later [neighbor's frozen HVAC line ran beside my hot water line and caused it to freeze].) In addition, when Village of Wellington came to inspect the hot water tank they installed, it did not pass inspection FOR THREE DIFFERENT REASONS. At this point, it has been TWO MONTHS since water tank installation and I still have no permit. When Du-All finally sent a plumber out to address what the Wellington inspector was talking about today, they informed me that they would have to charge me more money in order to do what the inspector said EVEN THOUGH THE INSTALLATION PRICE INCLUDED THE COST OF PERMITTING. The incompetence, and arrogance, here is astounding and truly unfortunate.

So I called Du-all plumbing because my toilet wouldn't stop running and I knew the stopper mechanism inside needed to be replaced. The guy quoted me $378 and I was shocked! I got him down to $300 after he """"called his supervisor"""". But it took him 20 minutes to do the work and the parts could not have been more than $15... So I am paying $285 for 20 min of work... Never again! I wish I had never agreed.....this should be considered price gauging!

I had this company come out to my home. My septic was backing up into my home. Not only did they have someone out with in and hour, they fixed problem and charged me less then the other companies I had called. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing services.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF! Du-all came out to our house to pumped out our septic tank, and didn't seal the cover nor did he do a full check/service. The week following, it's been raining and all of our toilets are now backed up. They say it's not their fault. Okay sure... Abe is the rudest supervisor/manager I've ever spoken to. First of all he asked what my problem is and as I begin to speak, he immediately interrupts me. Numerous times. Then says """"how can I explain this in the simplest way"""" like I'm stupid? I will NEVER use this company or recommend this company to anyone! They are money hungry and commission based so of course they tell you there's no issue from us, we'll come out again or oh well that's going to be a bill in the thousands. That's complete BS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Really overpriced. I honestly believe the service tech was quoting me a price he believed I would accept. I was in a pinch and needed the job done, so I conceded. On top of that, he told me I needed an additional service, when I balked at the additional price, he asked me, """"if I believe in God"""", if so, he'd do it off the books for half that price. Unprofessionalism & tardiness is what jumps out at me, when thinking about these guys. If your not in a jam, you can definitely find a more affordable plumber.

Unbelievable service. Tim C. was our technician, showed up in a timely manner, his work was flawless. The price was totally in line with the service performed. Tim was polite and efficient. Could not ask for more!!
