Dave came out for an emergency rooter on my sump pump that turned out to be a dislocated pump. He stuck around to diagnose the problem and made sure it was right. He really saved my home from the rains this week. Not to mention he got up from dinner to quite literally bailed me out!

Gabriel and Daniel did a great job! Once I got involved, provided me with detailed explanations on how work was being done and why, as well as why certain approaches were preferred to repair my plumbing issue.

Some parts that they thought could be reused actually could not (they continued to leak), but the fee to do a follow-up and replace them was very modest, and they came back promptly the next day to follow-up.

Dave sent over Gabriel and another gentleman. Our bathroom sink was clogged. Gabriel not only suggested how to prevent this from happening again, but also showed me what to purchase in the future to do it ourselves where we can save money next time. My water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday which meant no hot water. I called DSM Plumbing and David and his crew were over first thing Monday morning. What a relief. He replaced it with a new water heater at a fair price in record time. He went above and beyond to find the model I wanted as well. Was recommended to Dave by a relative of mine so I figured i'd try to give him a call for an emergency plumbing issue in my new place. It's usually pretty difficult to get people to perform work the day of but Dave was up for it with no complaints ! His team is kind and friendly, they replaced 2 toilets and swapped a kitchen faucet for us, plus found 2 plumbing leaks that we didn't know about and showed us camera footage and all.
