Had a leak with the washer drain in the garage which ended up needing to be dug up and relocated. DSM did a week's worth of work in 2 1/2 days. Plushed-out the clean outs and inlets, and ran new vent tubes. Great price. Excellent quality- Highly recommend them.

DSM Plumbing came through for us. It started w/ a clogged kitchen sink that I tried to clear. My aging waste line pipe broke in the process at two locations. It was a significant issue that was way beyond my abilities to repair. I reached out to DSM who responded quickly. Within 24 hours Dave reviewed the issue, gave me great feedback and provided a quote. The price was fair and he was able to adjust his schedule to fit me in. While he was here we decided to add to the scope of work. We've wanted an outdoor sink for some time and again Dave provided great advice on our options. The following day he arrived on time. Within about 6 hours Dave replaced our garbage disposal, repaired and cleared the broken waste line and provided connections for the outdoor sink. He kept the jobsite very clean and updated me along the way. I know our older home will need other significant repairs and when the time comes I won't hesitate to hire DSM again. It's a great feeling to have a go-to plumber (or any other tradesperson). Glad I found DSM.

It's been a minute, since I've left a review, but given that my experience with DSM was so wonderful, I was compelled to do it. I want to give a shout out to David and DSM Rooter. David took my husband's call in the afternoon and came out right away! Our toilet and shower drain were clogged. David did an excellent job of clearing the drains right away, and took time to explain everything to us. He cautioned us that because the pipes are old/rusty, another clog is likely to happen in the near future. He offered to email us quotes on more permanent fixes, and we received those quotes that same night. We're very happy with his service, and will certainly be calling him for all our plumbing needs.
