Preliminary review. Nicoli was quickly responsive to do an estimate. He was very considerate of the fact that we were just seriously let down by another person in our home renovation projects. Other contractors were hesitant to fix poor work. We had an estimate Thursday, accepted the very reasonable labor cost this morning, and DSA is already sending someone out to start work! I'm very impressed so far. I'll update on the quality of work as the work progresses. So far, very responsive, quick, and professional.

What can I say Sergy is awesome he's a true professional. We got his number from a friend who spoke very highly of him and has done work on their beautiful Kitchen. So we hired him he did an additional bathroom upstairs which came out amazing so we had him do an addition to the kitchen.

He is amazing and very honest I was truly impressed and felt like he was a part of the family. Definitely will be using him and recommending him to anyone that needs work done. Plus my dog Zeus is crazy about him so he's definitely in the circle of trust.

I went on a whim because I was looking for top rated Yelp reviews for a general contractor. Most didn't have interest in the project because it was involved but not a full remodel and then also many businesses were booked months out. I gave up after several months and waited about 1 year to search again and decided to try once more on yelp and only Sergey of DSA Construction responded promptly to my queries over yelp, I was impressed by the response and professionalism, and was surprised to learn that he does quite a bit of work here in the neighborhood; is quite popular with locals. A very personable individual, easy to approach, honest, and performs his work with integrity, and surprisingly he didn't double book me with another project so the work was completed timely. The project did involve more work than we scoped out and I happily paid him the additional amount for his labor. He was reluctant to charge because it was more than agreed but I was already impressed with his work ethic that it was justified. It was surprised at how quite his work was, making sure that he was unobtrusive, kindly laid out tape to cover the carpets, and ensured his work kept minimal dust. Explained the steps he would take, and if he saw any potential issues he cleared it with me first. All in all a very impressive job and I would say in the 5 different remodel projects that I've gone through Sergey is tops!
