Dennis was amazing! We had a really, really horrible clog in an upstairs bathtub. Dennis did not give up, after several hours, he finally cleared it. He ended up having to dig up the sewer line in the yard since we didn't have a cleanout. He came back the next week and installed a two-way cleanout so that we wouldn't have that same issue again.
Dennis responded quickly, came to fix our issue the next day, and did a great job. His prices were very competitive. Highly recommend!!

Dennis is amazing. He came right out last week when we had a water heater problem and returned this week to replace it. He didn't oversell us he in fact gave us the appropriate option for our home. He is kind, respectful and and even moved a cabinet back for me after completing the work. I highly recommend Dennis for any plumbing issues. Based on positive Yelp reviews, I called Dennis for a second opinion after I had another plumbing company come out. The first plumber deflected attention from my initial question about an odor coming from the bathroom sink, and tried to talk me into spending thousands on a clean out (which would also have entailed digging up my flower bed). Ostensibly, the clean out was to make it easier to look at the drains with a camera to find out if I have a leak. Dennis took a look under the house and suggested that the moisture I have under there may just be from the winter rains either coming in or seeping up. In his opinion, I did not have a leak or anything to worry about. No charge for the assessment and even though it meant no business for him, he gave his honest opinion. He also offered a few suggestions on ways to keep the drain pipes even cleaner. I'll be keeping his number handy for any future plumbing problems and to share with anyone else who wants an honest plumber.

Last night, around 10pm we had our sewer back up and start coming up through the drains That was awesome. So, I did what every adult does and called my dad. He referred me to a plumber, Dennis Soto, that he had used a couple weeks back. I was hesitant to call since it was so late at night and I figured I would have to use a big box store that runs 24 hours. I knew that would cost a pretty penny so I gave Dennis a call. He answered right away and was so pleasant! He left his family at 10pm to come help mine. He got to Fair Oaks within 15 minutes and found the problem right away. He fixed us all up and was so reasonable! I was prepared for the big box price of $800 and he only charged me $250! So thankful I found him and I will refer my friends and family to him in the future. If you ever need a plumber for emergency or other give him a try. Thank you Dennis!

Dennis came right over after we spoke on the phone to check out my slow draining bathtub as he'd just finished up a job. He snaked it and was done in about 15 minutes. It was speedy service for sure!

He pulled out ""enough hair to make a wig"" and we've had perfect drainage since then. We were happy with the price and he just seems like a good guy. We'll definitely call DS Plumbing again (hopefully not too soon!).

Our 10 yr old water heater began leaking heavily late yesterday afternoon and by the time I had discovered it, shut off the main, and cleaned up the mess, it was hours after normal business hours. Since our long time plumber had passed away recently, I had to locate a new service and trust the great reviews posted on Yelp for DS Plumbing. Not only did Dennis respond within a short time after my message but he advised me that he would call me early this morning and followed up as promised. Dennis arrived around noon and had our new unit installed in a couple of hours. Very fair pricing which included replacing other tired associated parts. Friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and thoroughly professional. We have found our new plumber. Thank you, Dennis!
