Dennis was very good at responding to my messages. Had 2 toilets to be replaced. Everything was going great, but then the second toilet had a small leak. We had to call Lowe's to let them know about the defective one and they had to get one sent to us. I thought it was going to take days, but we received it the next day. I messaged Dennis to find out when he could come back out to install the new toilet. I was so anxious and Dennis probably was sick of hearing from me!! He is a real professional and a very nice guy. He offer a discount on the replacement toilet, but we refused and thanked him so very much. We are working on a refund on the cost of installation of a faulty toilet. All is good! If you are looking for an excellent, professional plumber - go with Dennis, you won't regret it!! Thanks again Dennis!!

My sink fell apart late last night and Dennis was hear by 8 this morning to fix it. He had the part on his truck. He also took the time to explain what he thought probably caused the damage. He works efficiently, but is also very friendly and willing to explain his findings. I can see why he has so many good reviews. I've got his card, and I plan to share it with my neighbors!

Dennis responded quickly to my call and evaluated my situation and recommended we replace faucets in the two sinks in our master bath room; He returned the following day after we purchased new faucets and removed and replaced the faucets in both sinks in just over an hour and cleaned up, leaving the area cleaner than he found it.

I thought I had a clogged pipe, but after Dennis arrived and diagnosed the problem I found out I had a sump tank and pump. I had no idea and was never told when we bought the house.
Dennis determined what the problem was prepped the job and came back the next day with a new pump and installed it quickly, and as it should have been the last time it was worked on.
I can't recommend Dennis highly enough! He was pleasant to work with and does excellent work.

They cleared our drains, then used a camera to make certain they were sludge free. Also had several faucut handles that needed tightening.

This is a review on what sets Dennis apart from many other businesses on Yelp and in general. Keeping it brief...I have a Firepit that I stupidly did not cover the last two winter seasons. The burner corroded and cracked. I figured I could replace it, so I went online and after a lot of research, I bought what I needed. Thinking now it would be best to have a professional install it because gas is involved, I looked to NFI professionals that are certified for this type of work. None of the local ones would do it because I didn't purchase from them. I was advised to seek help from a plumber because they also can install gas lines. I reached out to many on Yelp and all but one replied that they don't perform this service. That one was Dennis he asked for more details, got some pictures and said he would do it. Because I work out of town, scheduling M-F business hours is difficult. He offered to do it on a Saturday morning. Now, I didn't ask this if him. He offered it. He did what it took and what built his business reputation. He showed up Saturday morning, and when what I purchased was a bit too big to fit into my firepit, he offered to use my grinder with his cutting wheel to cut it down to size. In less than an hour, my firepit was up and safely running. He works by himself as it is hard to find good help these days As a business owner myself, I realize that applies more today than ever.
I offered to write a review and refer him to anybody that needed plumbing services in the area. We need more businesses like DS Plumbing to thrive. Give Dennis the opportunity!
