I stumbled upon D&S yesterday, when searching for a plumber to handle an emergency at home. This, after being disappointed with the company that I first called and ultimately chose not to go with.

From the moment these folks answered the phone, to the ultra fast response time (well under an hour), to the great technician they sent out and the professional quality work he did, I couldn't have been more impressed. Oh, and the price was more than reasonable. It's clear to me why I'm seeing virtually all five-star reviews here for this company. They've obviously earned it!

In a city where, to me, mediocrity in business seems to be the norm - as I have expressed in other reviews - this company stands out to me as a notable exception to that rule.

I feel like they over charge me for a $600 water heater replacement. They could have just fixed the part and cleaned the screen. My plumber buddy said I got screwed. I am going to pay $1750.... I kinda of feel sick to my stomach.

Tl;dr: punctual, knowledgable, professional, friendly, cost-effective!

Had a bad leak in an iron drain pipe (with concrete slab foundation) and they were able to give a rough estimate over the phone (with the possibility of increase if they couldn't easily access a structurally sound portion of pipe. I called at like 6 yesterday and they were out to fix it today which was great because I couldn't use my kitchen or bathroom sinks as they both used this drain! Angel came within the timeframe they gave and was very professional and knowledgable! He worked really hard to make sure everything was done right and did a wonderful job! Would absolutely recommend D&S to anyone and everyone!

Hands down this is the best plumber I have dealt with to date. Starting from the customer service when I called, to the response time to my house I praise this company. The employee, Eric, who came out was extremely friendly and efficient. He tried everything he could before calling his boss. When the boss responded with another trouble shooting idea, Eric tried it and it worked!!! Unbelievable teamwork! Great job D&S and thank you for fixing my issue
