Used them for my initial set up of fire suppression tank and jet pump. He didn't put the pump where I showed him and he had to come back and redo it to provide the minimum distance from the propane tank. I replumbed a small part to remove a tripping hazard where he had the pvc running across the ground. Now a few years later I asked him to come back and install a larger pressure tank. Said he could come a week after Thanksgiving, it is now Febraury. Multiple calls and messages later with no response I called Precision Pump who came out the next day and was much less money.

I absolutely love this place. I have been using D's Great American pump for years. The staff is extremely knowledgable and honest. If you need a up front honest quote or timely service call these are the guys to call. They are the only company I have found in the area that wont try to rip you off or have creepy people on my property.

I left a review about a year ago, and it disappeared. I did not think that was possible, so I am reposting....... We had been dealing with this company for about the last decade, and were always happy with whatever they did. Then I think the son took over. Anyway, long story short, they were either hours late, or a ""no show"". But, I have to thank them for the ""no show"", because I called Precision and they were a fraction of what this guy was going to charge me.

I called at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon because my pump had stopped working. I was worried that being so close to the weekend I might be stuck without water for a few days. I'm not sure of the name of the man who answered the phone, but he had a guess at what my problem might be. He then proceeded to walk me through very thorough instructions to try to fix the problem myself and to my surprise it totally worked!!! I was very happy to fix my pump and get my water back before weekend. Very impressed with this kind of customer service and I will be calling them should any future well or pump problems arise. Thank you for your great service over the phone.
