Alarming behavior of this company, I have no clue how they are still operating in the market, they should be shutdow to protect the consumers. They added unbelievable amount of items in the bill that they actually never supplied increasing 3x the actual price of the job done and of course the insurance company only covered what actually was done, so now they are attacking and threatening us continuously! We had to hire an attorney to deal with these people!! Absolutely NOT recommended!

We had some flooding occur in our home that required fans to dry the water for a few days, new drywall to be placed in parts of the home, extensive painting, and all new carpet floors installed. They were quick to get to our home with the fans and start the drying process. They even worked with our insurance company and us to make the experience as least stressful as possible. They have different contractors that specialize in their area of expertise (drywall, paint, carpeting) which enabled them to make sure each step was properly handled. We are happy with the job they did, and we are happy to have our home back to normal!

Terrible services. Did an awlful job painting. Did not replace all the moldings. Bubbles along the wall above the baseboards. Broke porcelain tile in the closet and tried to piece it together with whatever they used. Doesnt fly with me! Dragged doing the work. 4 days to half ass paint 2 bedrooms. Did not replace drywall or any insulation. I pulled out the carpet in one bedroom. Does not work many hours. Drags . 9:30 till noon. Lunch time till almost 1pm. Out of here between 2:30 and 3pm. Never use them.

We learned through our horrible experience, explained in detail below, that Dry Wizard company has no professionalism in their work. I strongly urge you to STAY AWAY from DryWizard Drywall Services, INC. by all means possible. On May 12, 2017 my house flooded due to a pipe bursting inside a wall. I was put into a contact with DryWizard through my ex-Property Manager (i.e. which I have now fired due to fraudulent activities and currently under investigation; another story for itself). Looking back it's no wonder why my ex-Property Manager introduced us to DryWizard. They are birds of the same feather. I signed DryWizard's one page contract without any research. I completely trusted them. I assigned and transferred all my insurance rights, benefits and causes of action under my property insurance policy to DryWizard so that they handle the restoration and repair of my house; hence the havoc started. As part of the restoration they ripped off the floor's brand new carpet, shambled the entire house and then left. The repair only included carpet replacement, kitchen cabinet repair, bathroom cabinet replacement, sideboard replacement and paint. They didn't get back for almost one month, when I finally learnt through my insurance company that they have sent insurance an invoice estimate which was three times the amount of the insurance company's estimate. Drywizard had fudged a lot of numbers and added extra cost with numerous line items assuming no one would actually read the estimate!! After three months, August 2017, we were able to schedule a walk through with Drywizard in order to review what needs to be repaired and adjust the estimate accordingly. I also spent good time reviewing Drywizard's estimate and outlined the line items that were unnecessary and asked for reasons and explanation. Drywizard came back with an updated estimate and cut out some lines from the invoice. They also fudged the Square Footage of the house to compensate for the cut line items, so the total cost for the updated estimate was the same as the first estimate!! Eventually, in September 2017, I hired an attorney and put them on notice that I may file a lawsuit against them and they have to pay all the costs they've incurred me. Drywizard suggested I sign the repair check and once they have the check they'll finish the work with that money, no more. But I had to sign the check for them first. I strongly believed they would never step in my house once they've received the final check. Therefore, I had the insurance company split the check in half. I signed the first check to start the work and we agreed that I'll sign the second check when Drywizard had completed the repairs. December 2017, they got the first check and after couple of rescheduling the time - six months after the flood incident - they went to the premise on December 22th, to install the carpet. They made a mess in the house and left it in terrible situation during Christmas time; mess everywhere around the house, relocated family's furniture and broke the kids' drawer. January 2018, still Dry Wizard had not started the work and kept changing the schedule. If I had signed the original check, they would have ran off with it with no trace. February 2018, finally they got in to the house to do some work and they did a shamble work again which ire my property manager. They destroyed one of the dressers. March 21, 2018, finally they finished off the remaining repair in the house and were completely out of the house; they still owe us a new dresser.

Avoid. Having raw sewage in your house is BETTER than dealing with this company. Don't sign anything! They will try to get you to sign away the right to have other contractors do work. Call anyone else!

One star is too much. What a rip off company that has no moral compass. Never on time. Went through employees like water goes through. Threatens lawsuits after their shoddy work. And Caleb, what a joke he is. Never saw him until it was time for a check. I see the horrible reviews now on every platform. Too bad my roommate didn't check those before hiring them. Run, don't walk, to ANY OTHER company. And Caleb, I've never said to anyone what I said to you today. So I fully meant it. Go f yourself. You'll be hearing from our attorney, and will all of these reviews, we might be able to make it a class action suit.

The guy in charge, Jason Edwards, is all about taking your money. He makes you sign all these papers without telling you how much it's going to cost. I thought the insurance company was going to pay for it, so I didn't care. However, I found out the insurance company wasn't going to cover it, and I had to pay for it. He left a dehumidifier in my kitchen for 4 days, when it didn't even need to be there for more than 2. He left it 2 extra days because it fell on a weekend. He also hired an outside contractor to fix a small piece of wood in the bottom of my kitchen cabinet, which a handyman could have fixed for $100-$150, but I was charged over $600. He also told me it was going to cost an additional $1270 for his work, but the bill went up to over $1500 (which was never explained to me). The only work this guy did was to leave a dehumidifier in my house, and he was there for 10 minutes 2 separate days to test the moisture in the cabinets. He charges over $200 for dehumidifier for each day, and if has to stop by your house, your going to get charged another $200 every day he shows up. The guy is a sleaze ball, and you would be absolutely crazy to let this guy do any work for you.

I would not recommend this company. They took out drywall to the ceiling and insurance only covers 2 feet above the waterline. They put big red x's all over the house even in areas not affected by the disaster. We had to fire them to get them to stop demo. They took our $5000 deposit plus $2000. All they did was one room and pull up the carpet. He took advantage of people in the middle of a disaster.

The first part of the process was great. The team that came to my place when it flooded was impeccable. They were quick and got that process completed as fast as possible. They did a great job with fans, dehumidifiers, keeping communication with the process. The latter half, I wish I could say the same. A few day paint job took a few weeks. Painters made it known they were getting paid by the hour, so they didn't seem like they were in a hurry to get the job done. Paint job was fine. I just wish it didn't take weeks to do.

We had a big mess to deal with after an unfortunate plumbing leak. They not only took care of the remediation timely and professionally but they also helped us navigate our way through the claims process!! Thank God for the team at DruWizard!!
