Terrible, installed a water heater using the wrong type of flue vent, came back and tried to blame the roofers for their mistakes. Charged me for conversion from galvanized flue to stainless after the third service call. There was a phone number of the manufacturer on the front of the unit, they did not bother to call it when they installed it, finally after 4 service calls. The called the number. Total rip off don't use. I for one am reporting them to construction industries.


This is what he wrote on my invoice:

If find it strange. All that we have done for you that has performed perfectly. Exception, A cheap p.o.s. on-demand hot water maker, that was fine until the (Handyman) fucked it up with his hack job roof repair.......NOT OUR FAULT !

These guys stood me up for a scheduled appointment. I posted this back in May. Somehow they yanked the review. Just know that they stood me up so i called, left a message and never got a call back. Like a gaggle of high school kids. Impressive.

Matthew Topp is professional and fast. He and a helper installed a new gas heating stove in our Eldorado home just yesterday. Our old one died last week and we needed the new one installed before Thanksgiving as we have guests coming today from out of state for the holiday week. We were prepared to be told that it wouldn't happen for a week or more but he shuffled work around and got us done in a matter of hours. We were concerned because he had to install a new stovepipe requiring a larger hole in the roof--no problem, no mess, no fuss. Works and looks great! And I should add--at a very fair price. I had two of his employees come over to my rental house to hook up a new gas stove, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. It was a very easy job but they both took the time and made sure it was done correctly and even took the time to align the stove and make sure it was level. Going the extra for a new or returning customer is what its all about great customer service. Highly recommend !!!!

I've used Easy Plumbing And Heating for the last four years at the condominium complex I manage. Carlos has changed out several furnace/AC systems over that time. I know heating and air-conditioning and he does an excellent job. He has fixed a couple of broken sewer line breaks. He answers on the first call or calls me back within a short period of time when he's busy. He's fairly priced, very knowledgeable, and doesn't quote unnecessary work, and has been in business for many years. I would recommend easy Plumbing And Heating & will continue to use them.

Spent a night here while we were getting the vehicle fixed - we usually boo dock so this was our first formal RV park - very well maintained and fun little adventures to walk around. Staff was very accommodating when we couldn't leave at the check out time - vehicle wasn't done yet! The folks waiting for our site were overbearing but that had nothing to do with the management. Clean bathrooms and laundry facility!

We had a plumbing problem in our RV. Went to Home Depot, Lowes and a hardware/plumbing supply store. No luck. The man at the hardware store told us to try Land of Enchantment. We called them, and were told that yes they could help us. She even gave me precise directions so we wouldn't get lost. When we got there, we were pleasantly surprised. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She took us right to the parts we needed. The price was reasonable too.
