Sean at Drymount checked it on a Saturday, found it could be repaired, but only at significant cost for a 10 yr old unit. A new unit was not that much more expensive, got ordered that day, and was installed by mid-day Monday - 48 hour turnaround over a weekend. Impressive and greatly appreciated.
