My husband and I had an unfortunate incident of a water leak last week in our garage that was caused by an old dishwasher that had a specific part that wasn't replaced properly by the previous home owner.

We were very concerned about the damage and possible mold growth especially since we were expecting our first baby. My husband found Dry Pro on yelp which had impressive reviews.

I called and talked to Merco. He was able to come the next day for a free estimate. He was very professional, courteous, reliable, and punctual. He would always text when he's on his way. He explained the extent of the damage, assessed it by using thermal imaging camera, and told us the cost of water restoration and mold prevention. No hidden fees here! I liked the fact that he took off his shoes and brought booties since we have brand new carpet.

Merco and his staff returned the following day. They contained the area in the kitchen, sprayed the anti-mold product in the cabinet and used the dehumidifiers. It took 2.5 days to dry everything out.

After everything was done, he showed me the results by using the thermal imaging camera, the mold particulate sensor machine, and even checked for carbon monoxide since I expressed concern that one of our alarms were beeping. The area was dry and no mold or carbon monoxide detected :) Being an anxious mom-to-be he was very patient with answering all of my questions and concerns. All in all I would definitely recommend Dry Pro! We were happy with their service!

Merco came out within 30 minutes of calling him and did a quick test of the mold problem. He was professional and efficient. Once he determined there was a problem, he had his crew out the very next day to rip out the problem area of the wall, kill the mold, clean the air and later repair the wall once the leak was fixed. He found where the leak was occurring as well. I couldn't believe how fast they had the job done. His guys were clean cut, friendly and professional. They protected everything in the room with plastic so when they left, the room was clean and looked as if nothing had happened; well except the black tarry mold was gone. Thank God. And they repainted with matching wall paint! I would recommend them to anyone.

The Dry Pro team is amazing! Their response time was very fast, which made it very easy to discuss what we needed done and to schedule service. They had a team out here right away and they finished the job within a few days. They took care of the mold, replaced the drywall, painted the walls, and reinstalled the closet. I called Dry Pro at the end of the day on a Friday of all days.... The owner, Mirko, was so easy to deal with, he came by with his team late to take care of a leak in our septic system. Mirko and his crew came out quickly for an emergency water leakage in my dining room. His guys were efficient in repairing the leak, drying out the area and preventing mold or mildew. The price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend!

WOW ! Talk about a excellent company ! These guys went above and beyond what they were hired to do. Not only did they do the job as promised time wise,but there were no hiding extra expenses that weren't noted from start like a ton of other company's I've worked with. I can't say enough!!! Merco & his crew are life-savors! My hot-water heater burst while i was out of the country & flooded my garage and pantry. Merco worked quickly with the woman watching my house to begin the drying out and restoration process. By the time i got home, he spent countless hours walking me through what needed to be done and weighing the options. he was fair, available & most of all, honest.
