We had a leak in our kitchen There was water coming out of the wall!!!!! In a panic I remembered that i had seen posts about a local restoration/mold company! After updating my status with a message that said,

Mirko called me less than 5 minutes later! He was at my house within 20 minutes!!!! He was so on top of everything right away!!!! His guys we wonderful! They were always on time. They we so kind and they treated our home as if it we theirs!!! If you should need any of the services that Mirko and his guys at DRY PRO RESTORATION and DRAIN CLEANING offer CALL THEM!!!!! We had an issue with a leak in one of our properties that was on the verge of closing escrow so timing was of the essence. We contacted Merco and he responded immediately. Upon being provided the contact information for the tenant, he was kind enough to schedule the assessment with the tenant and was very kind and patient when the tenant actually forgot to show up to the appointment. Merco re-scheduled for the following day, went out and assessed the damages. He provided detailed and professional information about the work in advance and made sure we understood exactly what he was going to do. He then proceeded to complete the work ahead of his own anticipated schedule and paved the way for us to close the sale. This company is awesome!!! When I first saw the reviews I was a little hesitant, how can a company have so many great reviews?
Well, we had a leak in the upstairs bathroom & had it tested by an independent mold company. Came back positive for black mold. I had a few people come out and give me estimates and they were outrageous!!!
Merco came out and not only was able to give me an estimate, but was able to get a crew out here to fix it right away, and it was $400 to as high a $700 dollars less than what the other companies wanted to charge.
We had a small area that was affected. Less than the 3x3 EPA recommendation for professional removal, but I have a 6 year old with asthma and wanted to make sure we got everything. I just really can't believe how great this company is. It's so nice when you come across and honest company, not trying to scam you or play on your fears like the other companies did.
One company came out and said the job was too small and they had a minimum price they could do it for, even thought their website said no job to small.
I'm just really glad it all worked out and we found Dry Pro, I can't say enough positive things about our experience.

I found Dry Pro Restoration in YELP with 5 star rating. In fact, it's so rare to trust & believe when you are single woman with no insurance. He gave me a fair estimate, no hidden costs. I am so so so so thankful to have found Merco. Water heated busted & did big time damage. Merco arrived on time explained process. Minute I met him I knew I can trust him & I was so right. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.
He was super helpful and extremely professional from beginning to end of our experience. The whole thing was seamless and I would say affordable, especially considering the mold/water went through the 3 level in townhouse.
His team Tony & Leo were awesome. Came on time worked non stop. Not only did they do a great job but they also did it in record time.They stand behind work they do.

I had a clogged shower drain and found Marco on Yelp. He answered the phone right away and gave a very reasonable price over the phone. I gave him my address and he showed up less than 10 minutes later. He immediately fixed the problem and ws done in 5 minutes. He was very professional and I loved his attitude. This company is very honest. I never got a chance to actually use their service but I emailed them a few questions about my house and they promptly replied referring me to a different service. Quite impressed that businesses like this one still exist.

To our dismay, we recently discovered a leak under our washing machine which we then found out had been going on for at least 3 years. We started removing things from the area (washer/dryer, flooring, cabinets) and found mold and water damage that went all the way to underneath the house! You can imagine the damage a constant, 3-year long drip of water will do!

It was a pretty scary situation and we felt very helpless not knowing anything about mold. As a matter of fact, when it comes to mold, it seems it's a prime situation to be taken advantage of since you can't verify that what you are being told is true or not (other than what you can see which is usually the tip of the iceberg).

My neighbors had dealt with mold in their bathroom and had a pretty bad experience with the service they hired to remediate it, so I couldn't ask them for a referral. I went on Yelp and found Dry Pro Restoration which had GREAT reviews. Everyone recommended Merco for his honesty and professional service so we gave him a call (on a Sunday nonetheless).

Merco called me back immediately and we made an appointment for the next day. He was super helpful and extremely professional from beginning to end of our experience. The whole thing was seamless and I would say affordable, especially considering the mold/water went through the subfloor all the way to the support beams under the house. Two days later and we were back to normal - I can't put it into words the relief we felt.

If you have mold issues, I am very sorry and I feel for you. I recommend Merco and his crew so you can quickly go back to a normal, stress and mold free life!

IF YOU HAVE MOLD, USE THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. After finding roots growing through the walls in our downstairs, my husband broke through the wall to discover black and various shades of mold, the toxic kind, growing erratically and everywhere. We have insane allergies and not going to lie, we were stressed.

Merco came out immediately, clearly explained the process, and the very next day, he and his crew were here working. Honestly, this is the guy you want to write a review for. He is AWESOME. So down to earth, so helpful and considerate, and he and his guys did an amazing job! After they cleaned all the walls, eradicated the mold and disposed of all the infected materials, he runs a factory grade HEPA all through the night, and the next day he tests to make sure all the particulates are gone from the air. It smells like a whole new house down there!

This is the kind of company you want to do business with!!

I had 2 mold reports from 2 mold inspectors that were conflicting. Merco looked at both reports, free of charge, and spent a lot of time with me explaining what the differing reports meant and how best to proceed, and why. He was very patient and informative and never pushy. His bid was also very competitive, so I ended up using him for the mold remediation. They did a good job, and clearance test passed perfect! Hopefully, I will never have any mold issues again, but if I do, I know who to go to
