Just wanted to make sure I left a review for these guys, since they literally saved my house. I came back from a weekend trip and I saw water seeping through my front door. When I opened it was actually raining from my ceiling. Ran upstairs to see where it was coming from and saw a pipe had burst and it was just shooting water. I quickly shut off the water, than sat and thought what the hell am I about to do. I knew I had to call a plumber, but all my things were ruined. I called a friend of mine who works in construction to ask for insight and he gave me the dry-out medics number and just said ""trust me give them a call and they'll take care of everything"" I was confused but i trusted him and I called them. Amin came out, assessed all the damages, said he was going to get everything restored and it wouldnt cost me a thing because hell work with my home insurance to get everything covered. I didn't even know that was a thing! Well, it is. They came through, my house was put back together like brand new and didn't pay a dime. These guys are rockstars, cannot thank them enough!

We had a pipe leak in our kitchen on a Saturday morning and we urgently called a plumber out to our home to have the leak fixed. The plumber recommended Dry Out Medics to us and had Amin out to our home a few hours later (on Saturday). This was my first time having to work with home insurance and was feeling overwhelmed and not knowing what to do or where to begin.

Amin helped me out every step of the way to get the water damage area dry. He was always responsive via phone calls and texts. He even went above and beyond and gave us recommendations for general contractors to start repairs once everything was dry.

These guys are truly medics in what they do! My toilet began to flood one night and the water was to seeping out of the bathroom and into the newly installed carpet in my bedroom. I quickly realized I needed professional help to resolve the issue. I am so grateful I found dry-out medics! They responded immediately and arrived within 30 minutes! They were able to stop the water from spreading and restored the carpet. They took care of everything!

Just wanted to leave a 5 star rating for the dry-out medics so everyone can know just how amazing they are. When water started coming out of my laminate floors i had no idea what the problem was. We were referred to dry-out medics and they came did a free assessment, explained it was a slab leak and that it could be covered through our insurance. They helped with all the paperwork, worked with our insurance to help get us a hotel and when we came back to the house we had brand new floors. I highly recommend this company for anyone going through the same thing, they made everything so easy, thank you guys!

I'm going to keep it simple. They came thru for me. My place sprung a leak and plumber fixed it. My house was still wet afterwards. Dry out medics came quick and immediately started the drying process. They were in and out. Everyday they came by and took readings to make sure my house was drying properly. One night we were tending to regular activities when we noticed water running down a wall behind near our dishwasher. This prompted some investigation which led to use discovering the water had leaked considerably under the floor. I reached out to Dry Out Medics and spoke with Amin, who came out the next morning to inspect and assess the level of damage. Amin was thorough and walked us through what was going on and gave us a rough estimate of damages. It was then that we realized this was going to be quite an expensive fix, but Amin actually informed us not to worry, and that people have home insurance to protect themselves from these types of circumstances, and that they usually may be help cover costs.

Amin and his team came out the following day to begin containment of all damaged areas. Later that day they returned to remove flooring and cabinets of the remaining affected areas. They informed us that we actually lucked out we were able to discover the issue when we did, because damages could've been significantly worse had things begun molding. Amin was able to make sure the repairs were covered under our home insurance, and kinda handled the entire interaction with them on their own, while communicating with us at every step. It made the experience seamless and stress-free, which I'm extremely grateful for.

The entirety of the drying process took roughly 4 to 5 days. They placed dehumidifiers and dryers in affected areas, and some sort of air purifier to keep the breathing air clean. They had a general contractor come out and replace all parts of affected areas, everything looked great in the end as they were able to match it to our existing aesthetic.

Dry Out Medics took great care of the entire situation, while keeping our concerns in mind from A to Z. They were friendly, professional, and prompt with their timing and displayed a great sense of urgency, which is immensely appreciated--especially in a situation like this where waiting can literally exacerbate problems. Couldn't recommend Dry Out Medics more. Although I hope I never need them again, I'm thankful to know I can call someone I trust to help me when I need it.

My grandparents who are 78 and 80 recently had flood at their home and had no idea what to do, so I had to drive down to SD (also having no idea what to do) to help take care of it for them. And thank god a friend of mine referred me to the dry-out medics because I called and they quickly came over, explained how it all works and that a dry-out was needed, but to not worry because insurance will cover it. They helped me and my grand parents file the claim, and laid out the timeline, which worried me because I had to be back in LA by Monday. But John, who had an unbelievably positive energy assured me that he'd be there for my grand parents through out every step of the way and would treat them like they were his own grandparents. And I'll admit at first I was worried leaving, but after daily calls with my grandparents who would just rave about how great John has been, I felt so much better. And when I came back a couple of weeks later, everything was clean and complete. John truly made us feel like family and I'm forever grateful for everything he and the medics did for us!!!!
