Nathan and team were so easy to deal with. They came out to handle a leak in the upstairs bathroom. But thanks to being vigilant, Nathan quickly discovered a second leak around the base of the toilet. Both leaks required the removal of drywall and parts of the ceiling in the downstairs kitchen. Once this was done, it became very apparent that the leak around the toilet had resulted in mold. Nathan and team quickly sealed off the bathroom and kitchen and brought in blowers and dehumidifiers. All along, Nathan kept me updated on next steps.
I highly recommend Dry Out Medics should you ever need to hire a water damage restoration firm.

After a burst pipe caused extensive water damage in my home, Nathan and his team came in and did an outstanding job of dealing with our situation from start to finish. They were very professional and thorough, and left everything neat and clean. It began with a kitchen ceiling water leak on the 4th of July. Luckily, I was referred to Dry Out Medics. The same day, fans were placed in my home, and not long after, my upstairs bathroom and kitchen ceiling were ripped out.

Only give second star because handsome men but very bad boss and very bad people speak to me and ruin the floor they created my worsed nightmare but it was not a dream also secondly my personal item was totally disgusted covered from mold in the wall it make everything like crazy

Tico seems nice in the beginning. He will tell you all the good things about helping you get a little of upgrade on renovation but it's a false hope. He's really good in marketing. He will refer you to a restoration business that he's affiliated with then after he gets paid, he's nowhere to find. If you want their service , be wise, don't get trapped!
Workers are great though especially the military staff Nathan!

Currently dealing with a house flood. These Dry Out Medic guys are awesome! The have handled everything with insurance so far, and ensured we could live in the house while repairs are ongoing. The bosses are always busy, but scheduler Destiny is fricken awesome! She texts me every day telling me whats happening, and she even answered my questions after hours!!! Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this company.

I want to acknowledge the outstanding staff of Dry Out Medics. I recently had a serious water leak and flooding in my water heater closet which required some major plumbing issues. The walls had to be removed to make the repairs. The plumbing company recommended Dry Out Medics to handle this process and I am glad they did. It was like ""one stop shopping"". They handled everything from setting up the machines to dry out the flooded areas, to arranging for a company to take down the walls, check for mold and asbestos, and rebuild the closet. Tico was my point of contact, and he is an awesome guy to work with. He handled everything during this process. He is very knowledgeable and was quick to respond to my phone calls. He constantly checked on the progress of the work and submitted the necessary documents and pictures to my insurance company. He also worked quite well with the plumbing company to coordinate the repairs and closet rebuild. In addition to recognizing Tico, I would like to also thank Jeremy and Andrew. They did an awesome job of constantly stopping by to make sure the drying machines were properly functioning and monitored the moisture levels of the flooded area. If you need a water damage restoration company whose staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly, then Dry Out Medics is the one to go with!
