I want to acknowledge the outstanding staff of Dry Out Medics. I recently had a serious water leak and flooding in my water heater closet which required some major plumbing issues. The walls had to be removed to make the repairs. The plumbing company recommended Dry Out Medics to handle this process and I am glad they did. It was like ""one stop shopping"". They handled everything from setting up the machines to dry out the flooded areas, to arranging for a company to take down the walls, check for mold and asbestos, and rebuild the closet. Tico was my point of contact, and he is an awesome guy to work with. He handled everything during this process. He is very knowledgeable and was quick to respond to my phone calls. He constantly checked on the progress of the work and submitted the necessary documents and pictures to my insurance company. He also worked quite well with the plumbing company to coordinate the repairs and closet rebuild. In addition to recognizing Tico, I would like to also thank Jeremy and Andrew. They did an awesome job of constantly stopping by to make sure the drying machines were properly functioning and monitored the moisture levels of the flooded area. If you need a water damage restoration company whose staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly, then Dry Out Medics is the one to go with!

I can't speak highly enough about this company...when a water leak turned my family home into a flood zone, their promptness to the matter not only exceeded my expectations, but saved the day. From the moment I called, Dry Out Medics were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I spoke with the general manager, Geronimo, who was the one who guided me through everything from the start. Their team took immediate action to mitigate further issues. They worked to restore my home to make sure it's left in the best condition. Thanks to them, what could have turned into a bigger disaster, turned into a manageable situation. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of water restoration services. Dry out medics was sent my property as a referral from a plumber who came. They tried to convince us to submit an insurance claim for some work they said we needed, but wanted us to commit insurance fraud so the insurance would cover their services. Not being willing to commit fraud, I got another opinion. The other licensed contractor said I needed a mop, a fan and a gallon of bleach. He provided examples of why and how the other claims were wrong.

The second opinion saved me spending thousands of dollars on something that I was able to take care of in 2 hours and $15. I dodged a bullet and hope you will too. Don't let them convince you to submit a claim that will make your insurance go up or get cancelled unless you get another opinion and fully understand your options and what is needed.

For example, the man with the moisture meter said I had to replace my tile floor to avoid dry rot but the house is on a slab. He said the drywall was saturated, but the walls are plaster and the mdf baseboards were not swollen or discolored. Do not trust him or his meter.

I had a water leak that created mold and the response time from Dry Out Medics was same day. Robert the technician was very professional and explained thoroughly what will be done to clear mold and dry out water. My plumber Nathan- plumbing 101 was the referral. Jeremy and Andy arrived, advised on what steps that were to be taken in my kitchen. Both extremely well manner, polite and very professional. I actually enjoyed having them here knowing how experience they were and very friendly with my dogs. I would use this service once again if needed. I will definitely refer to my family and friends. I was referred to Dry Out Medics though my plumber, after I learned that I had a small leak in a rental unit of mine, which caused some water damage to both my unit, as well as the unit below mine.

Dry Out Medics were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond and very responsive to my concerns. And Robert Serna, the person who oversaw everything, was fantastic.

Dealing with water damage issues can feel extremely daunting, but Robert and team made it a smooth process, which I'm very grateful for.

We had a major leak under our kitchen sink and Dry Out Medics came out to assess the situation. Jahan Iraniha was the initial technician and was very accessible and responsive. He was very helpful in initiating our claim with the insurance company. Afterwards, the actual remediation was performed by Jeremy, Aria, Andrew, Andy and Calvin throughout the process. I have to say that these guys are the most polite service technicians I have ever come across and that's saying a lot these days. Each time they came to my residence to check on the process, they were nothing but pleasant and accommodating. These young men should be praised for their professionalism and skills. We appreciate the great experience even a result from a ""not so welcomed situation/expense."" I highly recommend Dry Out Medics and hopefully, you'll be fortunate enough to work with these same technicians!

Calvin and Jeremy were the most helpful while help drying out my garage from a water heater leak. I accidentally forgot to clean out the surrounding area of the water heater, but they came in and moved all my gym equipment and various garage junk out of the way so they could get to work. I really appreciate Calvin and Jeremy doing that and not complaining at all(it was over 200lbs of gym equipment/junk, thank you!).

They were very helpful and knowledgeable during the entire experience. It's hard to find a company like this who go above and beyond their call to duty. Thank you for your service.
