We had a pipe leak behind a wall so we called a plumber. After he determined the problem he recommended Dry Out Medics to bring in equipment and remove damaged drywall and carpet. They were at our house within 30 minutes and attentive every step of the way. Jeremy and Jahan, Andrew and Pericles all came out at verity's times throughout the process. They were all very professional and polite.Guidance on insurance claim filing was very helpful!

We are so grateful to have called dry out medics in our water damage emergency right before the new years. Jahan was amazing to work with - he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and effective. He patiently answered all my calls and questions and helped walk me through each step of the process (and I had a lot of questions and concerns!). I whole-heartedly trust him and the team; furthermore, everyone they referred in other steps of the process have the same integrity and workmanship. They handled all discussions with insurance - which took a huge deal of stress off my shoulders. We recently had the pleasure to be serviced by Dry Out Medics - Amin and Jahan were great to work with. We experienced a water leak that impacted our downstairs bathroom and family room. Amin came by the house within a few hours to assess the situation. He walked us through the process of submitting a claim with our insurance and he and his team worked directly through our insurance during the whole process, including being at the house to meet with the adjuster. Jahan and his team acted quickly, opened up the walls, cleared out the water damage, got the dryers going, and finished up the demo and removal. They were on-site everyday during the process to check on the drying status. In addition, they gave us a great contact for the rebuilding which was just as easy. We highly recommend using Dry Out Medics if anyone is in the unfortunate situation of a home water leak or flood. Solid service, nice guys, and overall great experience.

From the 1st call, these guys were on top of it. Showing up day or night, weekends, whatever the had to in order to get the job done. The thing that I appreciated most was that working with them did not feel how it does when you work with a typical large corporation, They were actually personable and had compassion and felt like you were talking to somebody who cared. They took care of all the work that needed to be done in my home but that wasn't the biggest thing. Unknown to me, my insurance company is notoriously difficult to work with and this company went out of their way to not only inform me of this but to connect me with someone who could help me get the insurance company to approve the damage. At the end of the day not having to pay out of pocket for all that happened was where the real value was and I could not have done it without them. I appreciate their great work ethic and would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

We had water leakage in our kitchen on Saturday evening after quick search found a fast response from Dry out Medics. Though it was late Saturday evening Jahan from Dry out medics showed up immediately and did a free assessment. We called a few other contractors but due to the late evening no one was much willing to come.

After the initial stage inspection Jahan got Amin, who came with his team, and he thoroughly inspected the damaged area and explained to us the work needed to be done. Amin was able to make sure the repairs were covered under our home insurance. He works directly with insurance, while communicating with us at every step.

Sam is the Man who finally comes into the picture to complete the dry out work. He is a highly skilled professional and pleasant, just ensure your house is in safe hands. He blocked out the affected area, removed affected cabinets and drywall, and placed dehumidifiers and dryers in affected areas, and air purifier to keep the breathing air clean and made us feel very safe and secure while working in our home. He is super kind in nature, easy to communicate with and answers all your questions patiently.

After the drying work got completed, Amin even recommended a general contractor to fix the kitchen.

They are highly knowledgeable, Professional, Trustworthy and super responsive and easy to communicate with. We received new cabinets which were covered by insurance and it's all thanks to the amazing Dry Out Medics team of Amin, Sam and Jahan, which I highly recommend you contact if and when dealing with such problems.
