I have a home warranty so for plumbing issues I try to work through them. I've had this company out to my house before from my home warranty, basically batting clean up from another plumber through the home warranty so I was pleased that he got assigned to me for such a simple job because I knew he would do it right and professionally. NOT SO MUCH!! It was a simple matter of changing out a trim kit because of a defective diverter on the spout and they no longer made the existing finish so it had to be an entire new set although he wanted to put a non-matching diverter on the existing.I wasn't having that and since it's Moen and I'm the original owner, replacements are free for life as long as. I told him that I would phone Moen and let him know when the new set came in and I did. During this phone conversation he told me that the pipe that the spout was attached to was severely bent and that he needed to go through the wall behind the shower and it was going to be an additional $180 out of my pocket, not to mention what it would cost me to put the wall and the texture and the paint back. Completely fabricated story to make $$ off me because we recently had the stall tile redone and he told me the tile guy must have done it. I guess he thought that I would never see the pipe?!? Because I wouldn't let him do this extra work that he so wanted to do he declined the contract and that just became one bad experience after the other with more plumbers which has nothing to do with this review so I'm not going into it. I wouldn't trust this company ever again and I don't suggest that you do in the first place! I do not recommend them. I can't begin to work with anyone that would lie to me. Hopefully he finds some growth out of this experience and review

Stanley was referred to me by a friend. He came in to give us an estimate as soon as I called him. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He installed a water heater for us today. He was on time and completed the job on time. The cost of installing the water heater was fair. I highly recommend his services.

Stanley is the real deal. This is the second time I've had a need for a plumber. I had a pipe break at my rental and was leaving the next morning on vacation. I frantically contacted Stanley after hours on a Friday evening and left a message. He immediately returned my call and set up an appointment for the following morning with my tenant. He communicated with both my tenant and me(while at the airport, boarding my flight) after locating the problem and determining the appropriate fix. He assured me he would take care of the leak and that I should not worry any longer and enjoy my vacation. (Hard to do with water spraying everywhere). He is extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced, and easy to communicate with. Do not bother calling anyone else. When you use Drustar Plumbing you are using the best in Vegas.

Stanley is fantastic. I've used him in the past for a minor job. This time, he replaced my water heater and softener. I ordered the softener online at Home Depot the day I called him and he picked it up for me and brought it to my house the next day. For the water heater, he brought it the day after that and then did both installations in a few hours and gave me all the advice I needed to keep both running well. The pricing was very fair and his work was very fast and professional. I can't imagine a better plumber. He's also a nice guy and fun to talk to, and probably has the best logo in town of any plumber. He's especially good for Henderson customers because he's based nearby.

I challenge anyone to find a better, fairly priced, honest, and down to earth company for any plumbing needs. My water heater failed late in the evening and I called early in the morning. The owner answered the phone and agreed to meet me after my work schedule. He showed up 15 minutes early and with simple introductions the assessment began and the work started. I am very acute when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and honesty. Stanley is a true professional and master of his craft. He took the time to explain to me why he chooses his products, what to look for when you happen to shop around, and the key components to what makes certain products entry level and professional. He was very personable, timely, direct, and his attention to detail is IMO spot on. I am building a new custom home and I WILL use him for my post close needs. I would recommend his company's services to any of my family or friends. For a company that is only a year old, anyone looking for the quality and professionalism from a company that is a 5 STAR norm, look no further. I am a picky/strict SOB and this company hits every mark.
