In a week I was dealing with a number of crises, I had an upstairs sink pipe leak..badly! Had to turn off water at the street meter. It was a Friday. I made an hysterical call (voicemail) followed by several more urgent messages (phone & text & email). A couple hours later, Stanley phoned me from an airport while waiting for his flight home later that evening (after a long day of air travel). I was astounded that he called me, given his situation. Furthermore, he promised that he would come on Saturday to make the repairs (such a relief) & he made good on that promise! Stanley goes above and beyond. Efficient AND kind..a true gem. (He's also done repairs for my elderly mother.) Highly recommend Drustar Plumbing!

Stanley is a man with character and talent. I have used his services five times ad every time found his price reasonable and quality superb. Today he fixed downstairs bathroom link and then discover my upstair toilet bowl had a tiny crack that was linking water. He showed me Home Depot price and I agreed he purchase the product and then said he was able to get it $25 cheaper and instead of pocketing the differences he reduce his price. This is an ethical talented man you would be foolish not to employ him.

I have to laugh when people with no knowlege about a situation decide that a fix is simple and then get furious with a fully licensed, bonded and insured professional when they are told that it is simple only if it is done slapdash and half-assed. Then they complain to the next guy they call to fix the mess..

Although I have a home warranty policy, if I have any issue AT all with plumbing, I call Stanley at Drustar. He is a Master Plumber, does meticulous work, explains as much as you want, is prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional. If you want it done once, correctly, I say call Drustar.

The lowball bidder charges less perhaps, but is selling risk of future problems. Ever heard of John Russkin? ""There is hardly anything in the world that some man cannot make a little worse and sell a little cheaper. People who consider price only are this man's lawful prey.""

Stanley has been my go to plumber for several years now for 3 different properties in Henderson, NV. Water heaters, dishwashers, faucet repair etc.

He knows his stuff, period. He will also give you a reasonable quote before he starts and has never charged me more even when it has taken him longer to complete a task.

He is quick to respond, punctual and pleasant to deal with.

I have a home warranty so for plumbing issues I try to work through them. I've had this company out to my house before from my home warranty, basically batting clean up from another plumber through the home warranty so I was pleased that he got assigned to me for such a simple job because I knew he would do it right and professionally. NOT SO MUCH!! It was a simple matter of changing out a trim kit because of a defective diverter on the spout and they no longer made the existing finish so it had to be an entire new set although he wanted to put a non-matching diverter on the existing.I wasn't having that and since it's Moen and I'm the original owner, replacements are free for life as long as. I told him that I would phone Moen and let him know when the new set came in and I did. During this phone conversation he told me that the pipe that the spout was attached to was severely bent and that he needed to go through the wall behind the shower and it was going to be an additional $180 out of my pocket, not to mention what it would cost me to put the wall and the texture and the paint back. Completely fabricated story to make $$ off me because we recently had the stall tile redone and he told me the tile guy must have done it. I guess he thought that I would never see the pipe?!? Because I wouldn't let him do this extra work that he so wanted to do he declined the contract and that just became one bad experience after the other with more plumbers which has nothing to do with this review so I'm not going into it. I wouldn't trust this company ever again and I don't suggest that you do in the first place! I do not recommend them. I can't begin to work with anyone that would lie to me. Hopefully he finds some growth out of this experience and review

Stanley was referred to me by a friend. He came in to give us an estimate as soon as I called him. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He installed a water heater for us today. He was on time and completed the job on time. The cost of installing the water heater was fair. I highly recommend his services.

Stanley is the real deal. This is the second time I've had a need for a plumber. I had a pipe break at my rental and was leaving the next morning on vacation. I frantically contacted Stanley after hours on a Friday evening and left a message. He immediately returned my call and set up an appointment for the following morning with my tenant. He communicated with both my tenant and me(while at the airport, boarding my flight) after locating the problem and determining the appropriate fix. He assured me he would take care of the leak and that I should not worry any longer and enjoy my vacation. (Hard to do with water spraying everywhere). He is extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced, and easy to communicate with. Do not bother calling anyone else. When you use Drustar Plumbing you are using the best in Vegas.
