Don't let the name fool you! I called Drunk Plumbers for annual maintenance on our Rinnai tankless water heater. Victor was extremely responsive, easy to schedule an appointment, arrived on time, was thorough and efficient. Victor was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Victor is GREAT! My tankless water heater was dripping a few months ago and he came right away to fix it. Really great experience with Victor. He came to service our Noritz tankless water heater that hadn't been touched since it was installed nearly 5 years ago. Cleaned it up and made sure everything was running smoothly - Victor was exceptionally professional, courteous, and efficient while at our house. He also found something that hadn't been properly installed when the unit was originally put in place, and he rectified that (added a drainage hose).

We look forward to Victor coming back next year for what will be an annual servicing of the unit from here onwards.
