I have been having issues with my tank less water heater and had trouble finding a plumber who was willing to repair this type of device. I have a warranty policy with First American, and they were not even able to locate somebody in my area who was willing to service tank less.

I highly recommend Victor. My tankless water system shut down for no apparently reason. He returned my call quickly and resolved the problem over the phone. Nonetheless, I asked him to make a house visit to conduct a thorough investigation and service my system. He arranged a time that was convenient for both of us and called prior to arrival. He even insisted on taking off his shoes before entering the house. Rather than promote more expensive repairs, he insisted on conducting only minor and inexpensive maintenance to flush the system and protect the pipes. He spent nearly three hours on the project and charged lower rates than any other repair person I have hired. I will definitely contact him again for any problems with my water heater.

Don't let the name fool you! I called Drunk Plumbers for annual maintenance on our Rinnai tankless water heater. Victor was extremely responsive, easy to schedule an appointment, arrived on time, was thorough and efficient. Victor was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Victor is GREAT! My tankless water heater was dripping a few months ago and he came right away to fix it.
