Sent a guy out that had no idea what to do. He quickly left our home without a word. I've called Crockett Plumbing, but I still haven't heard back from the head guy. Called Jay Young Plumbing who sent a fellow out to fix the problem on the day I called! It was getting close to 5:00, so another polite young man came to help, just to finish before 5:00. Great guys that are very polite & know their business!

Best company EVER for AC repair and purchase of entirely new system- Crockett ad his men are reliable, honest and pure gentlemen- their work is top notch- they do not take shortcuts-the value is outstanding and if you're going to have to spend a few thousand for a necessity like AC, you should use Crockett AND his brother Louis, if you live in spur or that area-

These guys are my "go to" plumbers in Lubbock. When I first came to town I called them on the recommendation of my realtor, and ever since I've had them out to my house to fix anything that breaks. They do good work at a fair price and fit me in pretty quickly given how crazy the demands on a plumber's time can be.

I called to have 2 things done at my house. The idiot who shows up takes 40 minutes to fix my sink but is too fat to get under the house to hook up a water line for my refrigerator. So he calls Mr drum who comes back 2 days later and slides right under there and fixed it up in like 10 minutes. But then I got 2 separate invoices for the same service call because the first idiot that came by was too fat. The additional service call comes with an additional charge that I shouldn't have to pay just because the one guy was too fat and slow. Be careful of these crooks
