We made an appointment last week for them to come and inspect our pipes. They made an appointment for Monday, January 28. We waited and they never showed. We called them and he said he had written it down for Tuesday, January 29. We said ok. We rearranged several appointments for this. This morning they called and said they didn't have anyone to come out so we should just find a different plumber. We are on a time schedule to get this done and now we are back to square one. Very unprofessional business. I really wouldn't give them one star...

This company was timely, efficient, and a great price! My a/c broke down during one of the hottest weeks of the year.After calling 10 other companys in the area with no return phone call, Dean answered his phone while out in the field and set up an appointment for me 1 day later. My a/c unit is over 20 years old and I thought for sure he would tell me I needed to replace it which is nothing I could begin to afford. It was a simple, affordable fix and I feel that Dean did an excellent job of explaining the problem to me. As a single mom, it is always so scary to hire an unknown contractor but I got lucky! I will highly recommend DRK to all of my friends and family!

The technician arrived on time and immediately located the problem. He quickly installed the part I needed, checked the complete heating and Air Conditioning systems, educated me on the use of my new equipment and didn't leave until I was completely satisfied! I trust not only the company, but the service tech they dispatched! Their prices were very competitive and their service beyond compare.
