If you need ANY plumbing help call Driscolls. He came out on time, right away with no issues. Very professional went over several options and even gave us a DIY temp fix for our plumbing issue.

NOT GOOD= Warning do not hire, never shows up as promised , never returns phone calls, I have used several times over the years and i keep telling myself guy is not worthy of repeat work but I keep shooing myslef in the foot my calling him. NOT sure exactly what his issues are, all i know you cannot depend on him. I heard same thing from family in my area, during recent community meeting that we have regarding contractors whom we hire. Suggest is look around for someone thata relable and honest. Good plumbers are high priced and over charge for anything they do. So make sure you are getting up front quotes BEFORE some idiot tears your project apart then gives you a quote. ASK question of any plumber- MOST Handimen can do same thing, only water license needed when it effects your street water.

John came and took care of a tricky leak in our main water line. The leak was coming through the wall in our basement. He was very polite and professional. The pipe ended up being 5 feet deep. Wow, that was a lot of digging. He fixed the problem and provided us with what I thought was a fair and reasonable cost. John left the job site clean. I would recommend him and definitely use him again.

The extra time and care he took to show us and explain what was happening was outstanding. In this day and age it's not easy to find someone so trustworthy to fix household issues and quote a fair price. Our next project will be to plumb gas to our kitchen and John will be who we go to. John came out to relight my pilot light on my water heater that regulates both my water and my heat. He came after hours. At the time he said it might need a new coupler but would just relight it for now. The price was very reasonable for an evening call. Two days later the light went out again. John responded quickly in spite of his busy schedule. He installed the coupler and got the water heater going once again. Not only that, John credited me for his earlier call. Like so many other businesses, John could have tried to up sell me to a new water heater and I wouldn't have been the wiser.

You don't find that kind of integrity very often these days! John is the best!!!!

I've used John two times and he has been nothing but honest and fair. The last job he did was 2x less than the plumber my property manager sent over due to a reported leak. That plumber charged me almost as much just to tell me there was a leak as John did to do the job. It's nice to have Driscoll on my list of good tradesmen.
