Over Labor Day weekend, I had what I thought was a backed up line that needed to be snaked. Not good timing! I called several plumbers, and included DripTech because of their good reviews on Yelp. Lemeke picked up the phone right away, and promptly met me at the property. Other plumbers - no response or a call back 5-6 hours later. What I thought was a fairly straight forward job turned into something much bigger - a major part of the sewer line needed to be replaced , as it had collapsed and other parts hat root intrusion. Lemeke showed me where it was happening and was able to get the job completed over Labor Day weekend. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Only a minor hiccup at the end, when the old pipe was not removed initially - but that was taken care of after one request. Highly recommend.

I called Drip Tech at 8:30 on a Sunday evening - by 9:30 the repair tech was at my house and fixing my water heater. He was kind, effecient and shared good information with us about tankless sytems. He was very knowledgable. What a wonderful resource to have in Marin County.

Just like Jerry on New Year's Day, we also had a main sewer line backup. Lemeke sent out a very competent plumber and was able to save the day! I would highly recommend Lemeke and his company!

Friendly, hard working and honest. Lamecki and crew solved my sewage backup and worked hard to correct the problem as well as provide a solution to any future obstructions by updating my line and taking pride in a job well done. Lamecki's team kept the site clean and worked diligently to completion. I highly recommend Driptech!

Beware of this company! I read the reviews at the top of the list, too bad i did not read all the way to the bottom to see the awful ratings. This company is substandard. Terrible workmanship and a complete rip off. I had to have the job they did completely redone. When it was redone it cost less than they charged me, and the new company used all new parts rather than re-using old ones.

Great service and very friendly and professional. They fixed a gas line in our kitchen and did a great job. Very pleased with their service. We'd call them again for more work.

We had a leaky bathroom faucet. I saw all the good reviews on Yelp, so I called this plumbing firm.
The plumber never showed up for our scheduled appointment, so after 1.25 hours, I called Driptech. The man on the phone insisted that the plumber had been waiting outside our door and had been calling us repeatedly. This was not the case, as I was at home (taking time off work) the whole time. Ten minutes later the guy on the phone called back to apologize --- the plumber had been given the wrong address and phone number. I said I could wait another half hour for him to arrive.
When Juan, the plumber, finally arrived, he looked at the cartridge in the faucet and said he would have to take the part and bring it to a distributer to see if they had the part in stock. He came back at the end of the day, put the broken part back, saying a replacement part had been ordered, which he would pick up early the following week. He then asked me to write a check for $300 for his time.
The following week I had no call back, so called them. I was asked to be at the house the next afternoon, as they had the replacement part. I left work early and waited. No one showed up, so I called. The fellow apologized for not calling me to cancel the appointment, saying the part had not been picked up and they planned to get it the next morning.
Juan showed up the next day with the replacement cartridge. It took about 10 minutes to install. He then asked me to pay another $250 --- $100 for the part and $150 for the labor (one hour minimum charge). I also asked for a copy of a receipt for the part, so if another faucet broke I would know the part number and pick up the component myself. The plumber said I would have to call his boss: the boss was very resistant to this idea and said no one had ever asked him for a part name and number before. After a lot of arguing, he said that he would email the part information to me later. Meanwhile, I strongly objected to being charged $550 to fix a leaky faucet and Juan agreed to accept $150 as final payment (for a total of $450 for the job).
The boss emailed me the part number later. I checked on the Internet and could find no reference to the name and number he gave me (but did see that comparable parts cost no more than $25). I sent another email, asking for him to email me the receipt from the distributer where he purchased the part. It was never sent to me (I assume because he did not want me to see the big markup they applied). So I still do not know the item # for the part, in the event that the adjoining sink develops a leak.
In summary, I will let the Yelp reader decide whether this is good, cost-effective service. I do know that Driptech will never get any repeat business from me.

I called Drip Tech Plumbing because they were a local service. I promptly received a return call back and set up an appointment which I was very happy about, especially due to the fact that I have a busy schedule. Once Lemeki arrived at the house I was pleasantly surprised to be in the company of a very nice and professional person with a smile. I showed Lemeki what the problem was with my sink, he identified the problem right away, began doing the repair and was was finished within an hour, that was impressive. Not only was he done within an hour, the price was reasonable which I was very happy with. All in all, Drip Tech Plumbing gets a 5 star rating from us! I highly recommend hiring Drip Tech Plumbing, great service and incredible work.

Fantastic service!! Even on a Sunday. Called Lemeki on Sunday moring and within a couple hours he and his helper had our sewer connection problem solved and repaired. Very knowledgeable and competent. Polite and friendly too! I highly recommend Driptech for top quality service.

We recently had a major blockage in our main sewer line under our house that clogged all 3 bathrooms, the kitchen sink/dishwasher, laundry room, etc. Going underneath the house we discovered that the main sewer line of old cast iron was also corroded to a point that it was likely to burst - this was now a much bigger job than just clearing the line with a snake - it was going to mean replacing the entire main sewer line from under the house, under the foundation footer and out to the exterior clean-out.
We have used a very good drain plumber for years for minor work but we could not reach him just before New Year's Eve and weren't sure he had the resources to do this job anyway. We don't like taking a risk with someone unknown and tend to avoid the major companies due to poor past experiences - so we turned to Yelp.
Reviewing all Yelp references we found what seemed to be the top rated local plumber in Marin County - with 38 Yelp reviews and 38 top ratings, we called Lemeki at DripTech. He and one of his staff were at our house in about 90 minutes and did a thorough exam of our problem and came to the same conclusion - we had a main sewer line under the house that was completely clogged and severely corroded and had to be replaced. With the next day being New Year's Eve - we felt we needed a short term fix and not try to replace the line until after the Holidays. We didn't like that idea, but it seemed to be the most reasonable. As a better solution, Lemeki offered to bring in a team early the next day (New Year's Eve) and do the whole job before the end of the day.
We discussed the costs and concluded the his price was fair and he was not taking advantage of our predicament.
He and his Team were there the next morning and began the job - they ran into some other unexpected problems with the piping outside of the house but went ahead and fixed that too without charging any extra. They were done ahead of time and did a terrific job.
We like owner-operated companies as a rule and DripTech did not disappoint us there. This is a first-rate plumbing company with a straightforward honest owner, fair and competitive pricing, total customer-focus, and we highly recommend them.
