These guys were great, I had a problem over the weekend. They called first thing to get me scheduled. They were on time and very professional , courteous , knowledgeable and polite. Went straight to work and finish the job and in time. Left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company to anyone. I give them 5 stars

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Expect a very late start. When they give a time to arrive they will be hours late. This was the 2nd time we used them to fix the same problem and both times have left the project before it was finished. Cut the sheetrock out of our bathroom and left it there. Left tools and previous parts in various places around the bathroom after leaving. The definition of leaving a job undone. Leaving the site better than they found it is not what these guys do. If you'd like a lackadaisical company to fix your plumbing these guys are the men for the job. Would highly recommend clicking the next plumbing link.
They also left a huge mess around the house. My wife is currently cleaning the mess they left behind. Big thumbs down.

They came out to fix a leak in my yard a month ago, but it took several hours and didn't last. I called to have them come back and they said they would show up the next morning. 3 days later, I had another company come out and fix the leak instead (under an hour). These guys haven't shown up or called back about the delay.

If I could do ZERO I would... What started out as a thankful experience quickly turned into a nightmare! I let him know that I was waiting for insurance or funding but would be contacting him, I contacted him and asked when he would be starting because I would need to get my husband to come home and help move stuff out of the way, he said most likely Friday, but I need to talk to so so and so I'll have to let you know. I got a call Thursday morning, to late to have my husband come help, I was then called a liar about this that I had several days noticed. I went ahead and moved what I was told, but that wasn't enough yet I didn't find this until after the fact when he was in my front yard yelling at me about how "my shit" was in the way. And how my garage was trashed and that concrete and stuff was everywhere because he had to climb in and out of a "big ass" hole, and again, my stuff was everywhere. He said he would have someone do the concrete work and that did not happen, it was like a toddler slapped it in, and everywhere else, including ALL over my driveway (where he cleaned up) which then sprayed on my cars due to being driven on. I had to clean up everything myself and hire someone else to redo the concrete work. I would not and DID NOT when I was asked days later if I would recommend Drip Drop. There is no professionalism, there was rudeness, yelling, cussing, and I continued to ask him to stop and just leave but it didn't. Go with probably anyone else.

They did a great job! They were early which worked out great and serviced my hot water tank and replaced the thermal expansion tank.

When we really needed help, they made time to come to us, even though I know meeting in the morning probably wasn't convenient for them. They were able to diagnose the problem from pictures I took and sent them, so they had the parts they needed. I was impressed with their work ethic and willingness to work around our schedule - it is nice to see people take pride in their work.
