Unfortunately I can't leave less than 1 star. 1 star would imply he did any work for me. On May 5th I contacted Robert for a basic toilet install. At his insistence I gave him half the money for the job up front so that he could purchase the toilet. In the 7 weeks following that Robert no-showed 4 appointments that he agreed too. After 5 weeks I requested he send my money back and we part ways. He stonewalled me for about 2 weeks. I last heard from him on June 26th. No response from numerous calls, voicemails, or texts since. He kept my money and my toilet. To know my full experience, my complaint to the Better Business Bureau should be public in the next week or two. I have also reached out to the State of Ga Licensing board. It's unfortunate people like this are around. Do your homework, don't get conned by doing business with Robert

Drip Drop installed a Rheem water heater in 2020. Apparently there was issues wit this model and mine failed. Robert did come out and change it which I was happy about however he left the old one in the garage and told me he would be back when he had his work truck in a few days. Well there was no contact with Robert after that. I called and sent text. All I got was the generic text back that he would call me later. Well, he never called. I was lucky to find someone to come get the old water heater to use for scrap metal. Nice guy but not worth the aggrevation.

Drip Drop installed my new Rheem water heater. In July 2020. They were more than happy to install it. But...It quit working last Saturday. I waited until Monday to call them. Whoever I spoke with said I should call the manufacturer. I'm thinking why should I have to do this it's under warranty. I did anyway. They told me I needed a new thermocouple. I sent a text to Drip Drop letting them know. I waited all afternoon. No response or answer to my calls or texts. So on Tuesday I called the manufacturer and had them send the part directly to me. I never heard back from Drip Drop, and I installed it myself...

I've been under contract with Robert since 2019. I am still waiting for the remaining items on the contract to be completed. In addition, his new Josh said his old Josh plumbed our bathroom tub wrong and it won't drain. We cannot pass inspection until the vanity supply lines are corrected and I cannot get Robert to show up to his scheduled appointments. I want to give up on the 1/2 finished items on the contract but I've already paid for them. And my facebook posts on his page keep getting deleted.

Robert took the full amount of money from someone I know to do a job and is now taking his time fixing things. I also feel like he's not doing a professional job and not fixing things as he should - perhaps taking short cuts as he already has her money. Never give this guy all the money up front, and I'd never recommend him after hearing what he's been doing to my friend. She shouldn't have to babysit him to finish his work, and he tells her he was on vacation when she had been trying to reach him. He probably took her money and used it for his vacation BEFORE finishing the work she paid for him to do.

After getting paid for the large job of fixing our water main break he left 3 pipes sticking up out of the ground which he promised to come back and fix when they repaired our sprinkler system that was accidentally damaged during the repair. We agreed to pay for the repair no problem. After many promises to come """"next Wednesday"""" to fix it, we often didn't know for 6 weeks at a time that it hadn't been repaired because we don't live here full time. He finally stopped answering my husbands and my calls and my emails. So 5 months later we have to hire someone else to repair the sprinkler system and get rid of the pipes sticking up on our lawn. Robert lied to us numerous times. Don't hire this company.

First off I would like to let everyone know that I have given Robert at Drip Drop Plumming, in Buford, multiple opportunities to correct my situation...and all I get is avoided phone calls, no return calls after being promised that he will call me back, and no return calls after multiple messages have been left. Me and my husband paid almost $4,000 and they said that they were sorry but they didn't have the part and would need to order the part to fix the kitchen sink...Robert did finish the clean out project but did not finish the entire plumbing job as promised. After being asked to please take off the big rocks they dug up, they are still lying in my front yard and no pine straw as promised. So now my front yard looks like a big muddy mess. I am very disappointed in these guys because they really did seem like good honest country boys....I would never try to ruin a small business like this as my husband also has a small business. But what is right is right. And I don't want anyone else to get snowed over like we did. Will NEVER use them again and will never recommend them to family or friends. When my neighbors ask who done our Plumming work, I will tell them if they are smart, they better not mess with this company. Worst experience I have ever dealt with a company and their customer service after they get your money. So what now?? If we have problems with something they did, I guess we will have to call out another plummer and spend another $4,000. So much for their fake warranty on the work they do.
