If I could rate them a 0 I would. They are the worst. They don't communicate and when they have they are rude. We have failed inspection twice because of them and it seems they fail to see their responsibility in this. Do not use this company. You will be so disappointed.

Jesse came and redid the pipes under our kitchen sink, after my husband was misled by the folks at the big box hardware stores. Needless to say, we learned our lesson, and will be calling Jesse when we need plumbing help! Also, our daughter is high risk due to health issues, and Jesse came prepared with his mask and booties, without even being asked! Jesse was not offended by being asked to enter through our backdoor, which is off the kitchen. Jesse did a great job, and we will be recommending him to our friends and neighbors!

Drip drop Plumbing was dispatched by my warranty company and was paid $440 to repair a three year old water heater. After a month, an additional 5 visits plus an additional $275, I still have no hot water. After I said if it isn't completed NOW then I will blast you on social media, I never heard from him again. I am not sure that it is his company or that he even cares. His voicemail is full, never answers the phone and even texted me at 11:50pm. He also made two "" no call no shows."" I was ripped of and he claims that he doesn't feel safe coming here because I said that I would blast him on social media for not providing hot water. He was here 6 times without incident. He is afraid of his substandard work not me!

Drip Drop Plumbing did a great job with our plumbing project. It was a rather large and difficult project, but they handled it with the upmost care and professionalism. I had a question about the master shower a few days after completion and they offered to come over on Christmas eve day to resolve my concern. First Class company and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
