Very responsive and polite. We texted and there was a misunderstanding. They bought a hot water tank and went to my house for an installation while I thought just a diagnostics and estimate. They politely told it was fine. So, I just feel I can trust them. I proposed a small job right after that and they agreed although they might have had a lot of other big works to do.
