DJ was responsive and thorough. He communicated with us regularly on his timeline and was responsive to our questions. DJ was great and I trust him which is the most important thing. He helped me by digging up and replacing a home cut-off valve which, as it turns out, had an unknown leak. He also added a small hot water heater (6 gallon) under our kitchen island to supplement hot water to this location and it's working great. Finally, he helped us replace a shower cartridge that was broken and not only did it fix the shower, it also fixed the infuriating water hammer that had been plaguing us for over 3 years now. This alone saved me thousands of dollars in discovery and needless replacement of expensive components. I appreciated how DJ walked through the symptoms and explained plumbing basics to me so that we were able to come to logical conclusions that ended up fixing all of my problems. DJ Barrett did a great job unclogging my dual sinks in the guest bathroom.
I explained that I had tried to clean the P trap, but that the clog was further down the line. He explained to me how the T junction worked and he was able to run his snake from the exhaust pipe in the attic all the way down, which unclogged the pipe and now the sinks are draining great.

He also fixed a hot water pressure issue in the sink of a different restroom. He tested the pressure which was good and explained that some times the aerator in the faucet can get clogged and was able to unclog that too. Now the faucet runs great again.

DJ is friendly, explained a bunch of things which I appreciated and did a great job fixing the issues. The work was done efficiently and at a fair price. 100% would recommend!

I called Drip Doctor Friday morning to clear a clogged kitchen drain and was scheduled for noon the same day. The plumber arrived punctually at 12:05 PM.

The drain stoppage was not a simple matter and required using a camera system and a heavy-duty powered snake system. Drip Doctor did a great job at a fair and reasonable price.

I am going to call them again to change the kitchen cooktop from electric to gas.
