Company Overview

We deliver a broad array of plumbing services. Our skilled plumbers focus on drain cleaning, sewer repairs, gas line work, and water line replacements. We also provide installation services for tankless and traditional water heaters. We offer options that improve your water usage efficiency, along with camera inspections and leak detection.

Our identity shapes our company. We adhere to principles that shape our service quality, our demeanor, and our commitment to our clients. It is these values that allow us to build lasting connections with our customers.

Plumbing is a trade that is seeing a rise in demand. With the reduction of trade programs in schools and the emphasis on college for most graduates, fewer people are joining the trades. Sadly, we frequently see people placed in jobs outside their skill set, like plumbing, because of the shortage of qualified experts.

Brian is working to shift this trend by employing and training quality professionals who bring pride and integrity to every job. Our goal is to reshape the image of the typical plumber by delivering exceptional work at fair rates.

We educate our clients to ensure they understand the full scope of their plumbing issues. We provide options categorized as ""BETTER & BEST""! We believe in providing you with choices and control over your repairs, letting you decide what aligns with your needs and budget!

I needed my toilet reset. I also needed the toilet fixed so it flushed completely in one flush. I had different company come out months ago. At that time I needed a leaking rubber flap replaced in the tank. That other company said they would have to rebuild the whole tank mechanism - and did for $150! After that the toilet often would not flush completely. It took 2 flushes. Dried Piper plumbers understood the problem and fixed it. They explained to me what needed to be done and why. They also reset the toilet. This was done quickly and at a very reasonable price! - They are awesome!!

After hearing a suspicious hissing noise near an outside hose line I called Dried Piper. Brian sent his crew over and they quick diagnosed and rectified the problem. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and cost effective. I will be using them for all future plumbing issues!

Complete unresponsiveness from this company. We paid a total of $225 to have them come to our house and confirm there is a gas leak in our fireplace. They said we could apply this fee to the job once they come back to do the repairs. We have called them 4 times and even sent an email to try to schedule the repairs and no response from the company at all. I understand if you're busy and have to schedule jobs out further, but to take our money and never call back is completely disappointing and unacceptable. We paid this company $225 to do absolutely nothing for us. Please be careful when looking to hire this company for your plumbing needs.

Awesome experience with the guys at Dried Piper Plumbing!!!! They were on time, knowledgeable, fixed both problems I had efficiently & cleaned up when they were finished. Mason & Sheldon were professional every step of the way - apprising me of what they found & what would need to be done before starting to work. They also gave me tips on how to keep it from happening in the future. This is my 3rd experience with Dried Piper, and I won't call any other plumber! Quality work & fair pricing.

I love this company! I have used them several times now, and they are always quick to respond, very professional, and they take the time to explain what they are doing and to make recommendations about actions I can take for preventative maintenance (important in an older home!). I highly recommend them!

Brian's Dried Piper Plumbing is the best! We've used them twice for unusual problems that occurred in our 44 year old Richardson home, which has outdated equipment we wanted to preserve, if possible. They tried to repair our original commercial outdoor hydrants, but when that effort failed, they returned and fixed everything again with no additional cost! That was a real test of their integrity and service, and they responded with flying colors! Prompt, professional, affordable; we Highly Recommend!

Dried Piper is the best plumber in town. We have used them numerous times for sink and toilet installation, water heater repair, leaks near our water meter, as well as a leak in the supply line to our sprinkler system. Their service is always quick and courteous. We recently had a leak that needed to be fixed before we went out of town. I called late in the afternoon, and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Dried Piper!

I highly recommend Dried Piper Plumbing! I had a main line sewer break that was causing water back up into my home. Dried Piper Plumbers came out within hours to diagnose the situation & clear the line & they repaired it the next day (the sewer line was buried 6 feet deep). My yard looked pristine when they left! The price was extremely reasonable. The owner, Brian, & his team are are truly professional & care about doing a great job! I am so thankful to have found a plumber that I trust!

With all due respect, it's hard to get excited about plumbers. They are generally associated with leaky, stinky or stopped-up situations. Oh, and money not usually earmarked for a new water heater or carpet replacement. A florist shows up to the front door and people smile; these guys get to greet a bunch of hot messes every day. Even when they do exactly what they say they're going to do, going where others fear to tread, handling the good, bad and lots of ugly - they don't always feel the love. As a wife, mom of four and business owner, I can often relate. So when a plumber does me right not once, but twice, in the span of a week, I felt the need to take a moment to express some appreciation. I contacted Dried Piper the first time last Friday, when one of my employees heard a suspicious gurgling from under the kitchen sink. Home to three half-evaporated bottles of Windex, several gooey hand sanitizers, a couple of cans of cleansers, mildewy sponges and...our office hot water heater. As she opened the cabinet door to investigate, out poured water from a rusted-out tank. I guess we could consider ourselves fortunate the thing broke down during the work day and not after hours, or that another employee got the gush under control after fooling with five different valves. But even after the leaking stopped, there was a sink full of dirty dishes, a dishwasher full of dirtier dishes, and a calendar full of impending client visits left behind. "Welcome to Launch! Would you like some water-line sludge with your coffee? Oh, and hope you don't hydroplane on the way to the conference room...!" Not exactly a great first impression. Enter Brian, the owner of Dried Piper, and the person who ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE when I called. Yes, a Live. Human. Being. I explained the situation, and texted pictures of the wreckage. He patiently provided specs for a replacement unit and overflow tank for us to purchase to help us save money, which I promptly bought on Amazon (my jam, and bane of my husband's existence). Upon the appliances' arrival, Brian and his trusty assistant SHOWED UP ON TIME, and with little fanfare, installed the new tanks, de-crappified the gunky slap-dash plumbing, and cleaned up the work area impeccably. He even went outside the building to weld some piping, because the property manager was worried about setting the sprinkler system off. In no time, we were back to clean plates and glasses, and had more money in the bank than we anticipated thanks to Brian's very reasonable rates. Well, when it leaks it pours, and just days later my home garbage disposal decided to call it quits, leaving soggy boxes of foil and Cascade behind as a farewell. Happens I knew a plumber (!), and hoped he could bail me out a second time. His other half, Alisa, who assists with appointments, was awesome - working hard to squeeze me into their full calendar. While many would have said they couldn't help out (it's happened more than once), Alisa not only fit me in, but a lot earlier than I'd expected. Brian and his assistant showed up, surprised to see the same customer from just a few days before greeting them at the door. (I'm sure they must've thought I was a plumbing bad luck charm, and they'd be right!) Before I knew it, my old disposal was history, a new better-quality unit was in its place, and the duo were on their way. Once again, charges were reasonable and service was impeccable. While I hope I don't have to, I would trust them to do work in my house even if I couldn't be there - and that's saying something. So, Dried Piper team, on behalf of all the customers who've experienced excellent, honest service from you (and your generosity in the community), thank you.
