Heard water running in the walls of my shower. Dried Piper showed up within 2 hours of my calling them, and found and fixed the problem within 30 minutes of being here. Excellent customer service and fair price. Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!!

Dried Piper has helped us in a pinch a couple of times; once with a busted hot water heater and another during the latest freeze. We've used them several times and they are always on time, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. But where they earn really high marks with me is when they are able to get to my house and help out in an emergency situation. I will definitely continue to use them.

We started smelling a sewer gas odor and knew we needed to call a plumber to reseat the toilet. I called and left a message and received a return call within two hours. I requested an appointment for Friday, which was 4 days out but that timing worked best for us.

Two plumbers arrived right on schedule and promptly removed the toilet, carefully placing it down on a blanket within the bathtub while they prepped the area to re-install it. The job was completed in no time and we were charged $250, which I believe to be a fair rate. I was told that rates can vary depending upon if the job requires one or two plumbers. This was definitely a two man job.

We also had Dried Piper out in March of 2015. They responded to my call and replaced my hot water heater for $1,000 on a Sunday! Now I know they are typically closed on the weekend but we really appreciated their timely response at that time. I feel that price was also fair back then, 8 years ago.

I would definitely use Dried Piper anytime I have future plumbing needs.

We had some corroded pipes under our bathroom sink. They showed up promptly and completed the work in about 15 minutes. They were extremely courteous and professional. The pricing was more than fair.
I'll be using them again to install a new sink in a different bathroom.

My hot water heater went out, and I called Dried Piper, my trusted plumbers. They have always done a great job but this issue really proved their worth. The team could have tried to sell me a new heater, but instead told me I have a lifetime warranty on the heater. They contacted the manufacturer and got the parts express-shipped to me. Not only did they order the parts that had gone out, but they ordered the other parts that could go out soon. The water still was not fully heating so Brian, the owner, came out with another crew. This was several weeks ago and my heater has been working like a champ. The icing on the cake was, after all these steps, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.

They just left and I couldn't wait to write this review. Periodic small leaks around the base of a toilet. Two other plumbing companies (including Baker Brothers) LOOKED at our toilet and said, "You need a new toilet." Dried Piper raised the flange, resealed the base, and $250 later we were back in business. Seriously...call these guys.

Brian and his team are incredible! We recently had identified a hot water slab leak at our house the weekend of my bridal shower. Brian and his guys worked tirelessly to repair the issue so that our guests could use hot water. He personally showed up on Sunday to inspect the area and check in on us. His team is professional, honest, transparent, fair, reliable, and professional. The quality of their work is superior, and their pricing is honest and fair.
