They just left and I couldn't wait to write this review. Periodic small leaks around the base of a toilet. Two other plumbing companies (including Baker Brothers) LOOKED at our toilet and said, "You need a new toilet." Dried Piper raised the flange, resealed the base, and $250 later we were back in business. Seriously...call these guys.

Brian and his team are incredible! We recently had identified a hot water slab leak at our house the weekend of my bridal shower. Brian and his guys worked tirelessly to repair the issue so that our guests could use hot water. He personally showed up on Sunday to inspect the area and check in on us. His team is professional, honest, transparent, fair, reliable, and professional. The quality of their work is superior, and their pricing is honest and fair.

Keep this company in your Rolodex. Honest workers are hard to come by these days.

We have used Dried Piper Plumbing for many years! We have had several plumbing issues and they are always very responsive and come to fix the problem promptly. If additional work is needed or recommended they explain everything and have given us very reasonable quotes.

We have used them a few times, and their costs seem to escalate every time we use them. The quality of the work is fine. Today, we had a clogged drain line that "required roof access" to clear. It took 20 minutes from looking at the problem to walking out the door with a check. Their charge: $265! That's over $500 an hour.

I asked the guy how they arrived at that number, and he said that's a flat rate they charge for clogs that require roof access. I understand this is skilled labor, but that number blew me away given the time it took to do the job. We will not use them again.

These guys do what good service providers do, they call you back, they meet you when it's convenient, they charge fairly and above all do excellent work. Have used them a few times and always done well.

Update: after posting my review, the service from Brian was non-existent.
So he promised me he would come to my home, the next time there was a major problem, he never did so.
The last time I used them, they came to my home, after a clogged kitchen sink (which interestingly clogged within about 4 weeks of their previous visit, yet hasn't clogged since they were last in my home).
They told me I was going to need to replace the entire pipe under my kitchen for roughly $3000. They told me I would have around three weeks, maybe three months. That was eight months ago and I actually haven't had a problem since the drain was properly unclogged.

Had an appointment today 6/17/21 from 1:00 - 3:00. No one showed up and no phone call to explain why. I called and left a message but that was 3 hours ago and no one has bothered to call me.
