I have an older home. I called, actually got a human voice, and they did outstanding work on my very old bathroom fixtures.
A toilet wouldn't stop running, a faucet never worked, and an old trap to the bathtub drain leaked and had to be removed.
Everything is working fine now.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and wish there were more stars to give them!

We liked and were thankful for their professional who came to repair a minor issue. They were great...

But the issue is the individuals administering and running the company. They give a vague invoice. When asked for a break down multiple times it never came. They charged over $200 for the work a great employ did in 15-20 mins with all the supplies we paid for, which he installed well.

I don't like that they ripped us off, but I feel just as bad for their quality employee who probably made $20 for the 20 minutes of work.

I will never use them again. And I pray their employ finds a better place to work.

Called for an appointment to have my hot water system cleaned due to low hot water pressure. Our system is only 2 yrs old (new construction. They told me they do not work on Stratton systems. ?

Had them install a new water heater. Very reasonable pricing, they won't rip you off like the others. Fast, reliable & honest.

Excellent overall experience. The service was prompt, everyone was very pleasant to deal with and, most importantly, the work done was successful at a very reasonable price. I will use them again in the future and will confidently recommend Dreyer to my family and friends.

HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE!
I was told I had a tentative appointment in 3 weeks. After making 4 calls to schedule the initial assessment (this should have been a sign), the receptionist promised me a call that day. Yet again, no response--I called again. I was informed someone could be at the house in 30 mins. After 15 mins, I received a call saying someone was there. My husband was arriving in 5 mins. The receptionist stated, ""Time is money, this is a done deal"". CLICK. I called back bewildered. The woman said, ""Find someone else, and don't call back here again"" . If you want terrible customer service, a rude receptionist, and a horrific experience, this may be your guy!
