I called to get an estimate on a plumbing problem. He came over with a 50 foot snake. But then he proceeded to tell me that he had seen this before. He explained that the pipes were crushed from construction trucks when the house was built & it needed to be replaced. He estimated $10,000 to re-run the pipes, cut the concrete & re-place cement. He billed me about $275. No photos just explanation & a VERY high quote. I calle Rotor Rutter for a 2nd opinion. They came, ran an 80 foot snake, showed photos that the pipes were o.k. & not crushed, billed us $185 & problem was solved. I REALLY feel this guy is a scammer.

Communicated with us about scheduling delays. Work was completed costing less than we originally thought it would.

Paid 950 dollars and my sewer is still backed up, I shopped local and didn't use my home warranty company to keep money in the local community... I felt it was steep charge to begin with but dealt with it, now it has hardly been a week actually only 7 days exactly and it's stopped up in the same place, same problem! This is absolutely ridiculous! Now I get to call my home warranty company and get it done correctly and pay again! Absolute rip off, 1000 bucks down the drain literally!

WAY OVER CHARGED!!! IT SOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW!!! My service was not an emergency and/or on the weekend. However, the plumber did a total of 1/12 hours work, and spent 1/2 hour getting the parts. He replaced my kitchen faucet with a $50 faucet from Lowes. The extra shut off valves did not cost more than $30 more. All being considered I was charged $385.00. The worker refused to itemized my bill...obviously bc they don't want me to know the actual ""pumped"" up charges.
