This company does NOT come through even after being contacted for weeks...the office never answers the phone and the ""emergency line"" will NEVER be answered! Let's not forget that the voice mail is ALWAYS FULL! Do not trust this company!
I'm saying all this as a customer that has paid IN FULL with no help from Drew's Plumbing!

Jeff just put in a new water heater in one day's notice. Drew's Plumbing is efficient and reliable. We have been using Drew's Plumbing for over 20 years and they are the best. Why call anybody else! Thanks for the quick installation and quality service. Drew's Plumbing also has a great warranty!!

I had a technician come out for a free estimate for some plumbing issues. We got a quote for $5500 to demo our bathroom and redo our drain. (That's not even the retile, that's just to demo) Most of our heavy plumbing is outside the house or behind an outdoor wall. I thought it was weird to go through the tile so I decided to ask a second opinion. When they came out I was with them when they opened up my sewer line and the brass cap that plugs up our sewer line was destroyed. You could see that Drew's plumbing couldn't get it opened so the technician just smashed it open with a hammer. He of course never told me. I called them and let them know what their technician had done to my property. They said they had to investigate and call me back. When they finally called me back they told me the technician admitted that he broke it and they offered me a 10% discount. No thanks guys, your silly demo quote wasn't even what was wrong in the first place, my sewer line needed replacing! This is one of the most serious plumbing issues that can come up in homeownership and they can't even diagnose it or too lazy to do a heavy job and just wanted to get 5500 unnecessary dollars from us. They are totally okay with destroying someone's property and leaving someone's home with an open sewer line from this neglangence. Stay far away from these guys and get yourself a real professional or your just throwing your money away.

Drew's Plumbing was recommended to me by Bruce from A+ Pro-Tech. Bruce helped me with some mold remediation, so I called him looking for a good plumber. I have a rental property in Henderson and my tenant called saying that the water heater was leaking and that they didn't have any hot water. Since the water heater was the original one from when the house was built in 2003, I knew I needed to get it replaced ASAP. I called Drew's Plumbing and they were able to send someone out the same day. Since I live in San Diego, they made it easy for me to take care of everything over the phone and email. Thank you for being so great and making everything so easy!

Let me just say that Drew's Plumbing did a very professional job from start to finish. After asking for 3 estimates from 3 different plumbing companies i settled with Drews bc they really impressed me! So nice from the first phone call till the work was done! Very happy.....THANK YOU!!!

After dealing with incompetent plumbers sent out by my home warranty company I put a plea out to our neighborhood Facebook group asking if anyone knew of a plumber that could handle the challenge of an older custom home. One of my neighbors told me of Drew's plumbing. I could tell from the moment I called the office that maybe this company was different.
Answering the phone was Katelyn, who was extremely polite and personable. The owner, Jeff was out the next day to try and figure out my issue(s). Jeff had Katelyn research a couple of leak detection companies so that we could get the slab leak (yes, slab leak, horror) areas narrowed down. Once that was done Jeff returned with Daniel and Mike, next trip was Daniel and Thomas and the final trip was Jeff and Mike. Each and everyone of these guys were competent and sweet. They all were compassionate to my worry that nobody would be able to figure out what the heck was going on but each of Jeff's staff told me not to worry and that Jeff would figure it out.
Well....I think Jeff might have had a doubt or 2 for a couple of seconds but I could tell that he was calculating his plan of attack. In the end I am all fixed up and as much as I really like all these people I hope I don't need to see them for awhile and then for it to be something simple!

This is an update/second review. I've had a problem getting hot water in my condo since I purchased it due to the presence of an aquatherm system. I had resigned myself to never having truly hot water when I needed it until Jeff diagnosed a totally fixable problem with the system, and it would take 4 hours.

He fixed it in under an hour and under half the estimated cost. This man singlehandedly fixed the biggest annoyance about my condo. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner.

I had the main line from the water meter burst underneath the sidewalk. I called at 2 pm on a Friday, and the job was going to take hours just to dig down and under to find the leak, let alone determine if the line could be spliced or the fitting replaced. I could shut-off the leak (and all water flow into my house), and as this was the end of the business day going into a weekend, they could only commit to a Monday repair or they would have to refer me to an after-hours emergency service. I accepted the Monday appointment and resigned myself to a weekend with intermittent water. With a full house, that did not last long, and I ended up digging the thing out and had someone splice the line. I then had to fill it back in, and when I got done I had forgotten about the Monday appointment. On Monday, it should have been no surprise that Drew's Plumbing showed up at my door. I was exasperated that I had failed to call to cancel the apppointment, and yet the plumber refused to take a service call fee. That is customer service, and they graciously accepted my sincere apology for wasting the driver's time and resources.

They were very prompt at returning my call and gave a competitive quote. More importantly, given the urgent nature of a water heater replacement during the winter, they were quick to schedule and replace. Further, they did not add a charge to use a credit card.
