Right after 4th of July weekend we experienced two leaks in our basement; one minor but the other a bit more complicated. Shortly after reaching out to Jason, he quickly scheduled a time to check out the problem. Not only did he solve then issues quickly, he's a great communicator and kept us up to speed with what he was doing (we were out of town at the time). Drew Plumbing will absolutely be our ""go to "" plumber going forward!

When my tenants had a broken pipe, Jason responded quickly and managed the problem. He rearranged his schedule, worked with my tenants around how to handle COVID-19 safety guidelines and had them up and running within 5 hours of my original call to him. I picked Drew's Plumbing based on Yelp reviews---I had never worked with him before---and he is now my plumber of choice. I couldn't be happier with how he handled the problem and the quality of the work.

What a pleasant surprise! Jason was amazingly prompt, returning my late night call at 7am the next day. My water heater was shot and had leaked all over my basement. Jason was at my house by 8am.

He surveyed the damages, provided a diagnosis and estimate. He explained it all to me. I trusted him right away. He returned later in the day and completed the job magnificently, he even cleaned a bathtub drain for me as a freebie.

I have dealt with many plumbers on the Cape and Jason is a rare find. He is by far my favorite!

It would be hard to find a better plumber.
1. I left voice mail. HE CALLED BACK.
2. He fit my job into his schedule.
3. My job kept growing as Drew discovered unreliable plumbing. That is to his credit. We discussed each discovery. I made the final call on what to do. He was easy to work with.
4. Given that the job had grown and it was supper time, I was impressed with his determination to finish the same day, and still keep doing every thing well.

Over the course of an afternoon he installed a water line to a new refrigerator (old fridge had no water line), modified the natural gas line for a new stove, got the supply and drain lines all straight for a new dishwasher, and resolved several real problems with supply and drain lines under the kitchen sink.

I also appreciated his frankness. As soon as I said ""gas line problem for stove"" he said the work would need a building permit, for $70, and he would not touch the job without doing the permit. While I'm as happy to save $70 as the next person, having an independent inspection of gas line work is not a bad thing. I said I had no problem with Drew doing the things that are standard practice in his trade, such as a building permit when required.

He charged a fair price for the hours he was here, and he FINISHED the work the same day. Happy to give FIVE STARS for that kind of professionalism.

I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance and requested a day off from work in order to drive 6 hours to meet him. It was not until an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time did I discover that he had no intention of coming. It is now less than a week before a holiday weekend and there is no other available plumber for at least two weeks. I am stunned by this level of unprofessionalism, although I am grateful to know this now before he started working on my house. I would've left 0 stars if I could.

Excellent service from Jason, arrived on schedule, completed water heater replacement very quickly, cleaned up worked area, including removal of old 17 yr old heater. Very personable to talk to and answered any questions asked. I was VERY satisfied with his work at reasonable competitive price.
He lives close by to me in Brewster, is now my plumber of choice:)
