My plumbing was backing up in bathroom sink when washer was ran. Was charged $480 to snake my main pipe. 2 weeks later it started again. Drew's came out and ran a camera and said it would be $250 to pressure water through main drain and that should fix it. Came back out and charged another $480 instead of the $250 that was quoted. Drain is backing up again...........

We were in a fix. We'd had multiple problems over the last two years. Local plumbers had snaked our pipes from the roof, from the toilets, the kitchen, everywhere. Our house was built almost 50 years ago, and I was pretty sure the pipes were the older kind: orangeburg, which crumbles, or PVC pipe called schedule 20 that is only half the thickness of modern PVC pipes and is easily penetrated by roots. But one local plumber said to us, ""Problem is, your house, like many older houses, doesn't have a clean-out. It would take us forever, and lots of digging to even find where your pipes run, and where they exit the house. You need to call these guys down in Corn, Oklahoma."" They are only 20 miles away, and they have a pipe camera as well as a pipe sounder which allows them to locate your pipes and your problems. So I called these two young guys, Luis and Jacob, and they were just as capable, smart, and professional as I'd been told. They quickly locate our piping, found that we had the older schedule 20 pipe, and used their advanced equipment to follow it and find that as they exited our property, they had been penetrated thoroughly with the most god-awful roots I could imagine. Whats more, they worked with us on price, led us through the process all the way, and in the end, added the clean-out valve we needed for any future problems. (They didn't have to do this.) They are great; I don't know what we would have done without them.
