As Hurricane Irma loomed in September of 2017, our home in Riverside experienced a plumbing emergency. All businesses were closed and we went down the Google plumber search results calling professionals. Then we called Drew Hartmann Plumbing, and despite being closed for the storm, they sent a plumber out to our house within an hour. I've been trying to get someone to come replace all my drains since December 2020. Drew Hartmann came out this morning and did the whole job in under four hours. They put everything back in place and it looks fantastic. They were lower than almost all other quotes and well worth the money. As a woman who owns an old home it gets really old dealing with people who you just know are estimating high and making you feel stupid. They went above and beyond to make me feel alright with the whole job. And my dogs were super pleased with meeting new people. Highly recommend.

Nothing drives me crazier than a dripping faucet. Just moved into a new place recently, and as you might expect, the faucet was a little drippy. No biggie...until it started making music for me...so I called Drew Hartmann Plumbing right on Melba St. I called on a Thursday am, and they were willing to come right out. Made the appointment for 8am the next day and lo and behold, they were early!!!! What a great way to start off the day! Jeff was very friendly and advised us on a couple things that needed to be done. The diagnosis? I needed a couple parts replaced in the kitchen and a whole new faucet in the bath room. Since Jeff had no idea what parts were needed, he had to run back to the shop to get what was needed, and was only gone a few minutes. When back, it took less than an hour to repair and replace my leaky faucets. Price is what you would expect, not to bad for the work that was done. Jeff and his assistant were both very professional, friendly, and fast at work! I hope I never need to call a plumber again, but if I do, I will be using Drew Hartmann!

Excellent job!!!!! If I could give them six stars I would. Had a slab leak and they repiped the whole house. They made minimum cuts to every wall thats behind every faucet, toilet, shower/bathtub, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, etc.. We have 4 bathrooms in our home. They cleaned up after themselves at end of day. They were in and out within 2 days. We will recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber especially if you have to have major work done.

Owner treats the public like they are worthless and his employees even worse. Work will not be done right the first time, Trust me. Cannot recommend.

We had a plumbing issue on which we used this company. This issue was not corrected and when it got worse the Owner would not stand behind his work and said he would charge us again even though the issue was not fixed.

Revising my previous review. It was a hard fought battle, but Drew did send a crew to replace the last ten feet of sewer pipe. Everything has been closed up for two weeks and so far no clogs. Fingers crossed that it stays that way.

Had two prior quotes with other reputable company's a while back and his quote was double that. When I asked what justified the cost, in terms of the labor, his snarky response was that he didn't need my business and to move on
