William D.This guy is terrible to work with. I am the President of mid-rise apartment building with 47 units. He did some work in a couple of apts that took way more time than it should have. He had no concern about the inconvenience he caused to other residents in the building keeping the water off so long. He didn't apologize and only offered lame excuses for his ineptitude.
