Technician was drunk and belligerent. Parked illegally and gave attitude when brought up he was illegally parked. Clearly intoxicated, no way to contact company for a review so leaving a terrible review on Yelp.

Had been a long time customer, but lately had to use someone else when these folks were unable to provide timely service. When I called to use them again, it was suggested that we ""should use whoever we used before,"" with a nasty attitude. When questioned if their meaning was that we should take our business elsewhere, the answer was ""yes."" Customer service with a side of snot-nose.
