I had a kitchen water leak that caused significant damage that lead to complete downstairs remodeling. It was my first large scale remodeling and I wanted a good contractor who could do everything efficiently, within budget, and with excellence. I interviewed and got estimates from 4 companies and decided on DreamWorks with Lester because his estimate was most thorough and Lester's knowledge assured me that he would carry out this project well. My new flooring, new kitchen, new bathroom, new lights, new wood stairs all turned out beautifully! Lester pays attention to details and makes sure his crew does an excellent job.
There were unforseen challenges but Lester knew exactly how to work around them and found good solutions that kept the project going smoothly.
Lester gave full attention to my home remodel from start to finish and went above and beyond my expectations to complete my home remodel. I am so delighted with my remodeled home!

This year, they repaired drywalls and reinstalled cabinets in a kitchen that had gone though water damage. Lester and his team did a fantastic job creating a bathroom from scratch in my upstairs Loft. The quote was very reasonable and they used high quality materials. The showroom he has on site is wonderful and has many options to choose from to get an idea of what the bathroom will look like when finished. He added many features for free and was able to provide a discount on some materials used. The finished product was beyond my expectations and completed within the timeframe he quoted. He also brought his own ideas and made excellent plans and went through the permit process painlessly. I would highly recommend him to others and will definitely use him again for any future projects.

I recently bought a house and immediately started shopping around for a contractor to take on a full house renovation, including an add on of a master suite! I called many companies and got different pricing all over the board. Without discounting many skilled contractors whom visited the house, Lester from Dreamworks had an eye out for all the details no one else mentioned. He actually contacted the city prior to his visit and asked them what and what not we can do!!
I will say he was not the cheapest offer, but it for sure made the most sense. On another note, this company has a design center where you can go and find what ever finish material (using contractors language here) you may need, such as kitchens, cabinets, faucets and more. If you use their design center, you will save a substantial amount of money, as they extend contractors like pricing to you.
I am very pleased with them and their honesty.
Lester is your guy if you have a project to finish.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lester O'Malley in designing a new kitchen from scratch. Lester spent a great deal of time laying out in scale my dream kitchen. He was very helpful in showing me cabinets that would address my issue of a bad back. Base cabinets with drawers instead of shelves. What a great idea. I highly recommend him and would use him again if the need arose.
