Robert R.Our warranty company assigned Dreamodel plumbing to service our home. They showed up on that day and the plumber called Fast Track Restoration who helped the plumber take down my water heater. The restoration company did not get authorization to start work on my home and I asked them to leave as it was not part of our warranty. The plumber went MIA. I kept calling and texting for the plumber's response to schedule our installation. I tried for 2 days to get the plumber's response. I had to get someone else to complete the installation.
