DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Aiken has been fulfilling renovation aspirations since J.D. Norris Construction Co. Inc. launched in 1990 as a Licensed Home Builder and officially unveiled the DreamMaker showroom in April 2008.
We implement organized strategies that we discuss with clients to make sure their expectations are achieved, removing the usual fears and stresses that come up in remodeling conversations, like, 'That was a real hassle' or 'It took double the time it should have.'
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Aiken and the CSRA, as Licensed Builders in South Carolina and Georgia, deliver full-service Design/Build kitchen and bathroom remodeling, including interior and exterior renovations. We are certified Aging in Place Contractors, specializing in Barrier-Free Designs and cabinet refacing.

In his teenage years, J.D. Norris was involved in building and remodeling various structures, including homes, barns, warehouses, and yes, even hen houses.
Having accumulated over 40 years in the construction field, J.D. is licensed as a Builder in both South Carolina and Georgia.

Since opening in 1990, J.D. Norris Construction has been dedicated to repairing, remodeling, and building homes in the greater Aiken and North Augusta area.
In 2008, J.D. and his wife Cheryl decided to grow their business by joining DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, acquiring the franchise rights for the CSRA.

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen operates as a Design, Build, and Remodeling company, taking care of every element of a home renovation.
Homeowners no longer need to act as their own general contractor, scrambling to find designers, plumbers, electricians, painters, and more.
