Since its inception in 1990 as a Licensed Home Builder, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Aiken has been realizing remodeling visions, with the DreamMaker showroom opening its doors in April 2008.
Our systematic processes are shared with clients to ensure their needs are fulfilled, helping to eliminate the typical worries and stresses that arise in remodeling discussions, such as, 'That was a total nightmare' or 'It took way longer than it should have.'
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Aiken and the CSRA are Licensed Builders in South Carolina and Georgia, providing comprehensive Design/Build kitchen and bathroom renovations, as well as interior and exterior remodeling. We are certified Aging in Place Contractors, focusing on Barrier-Free Designs and cabinet refacing.

In his teenage years, J.D. Norris was involved in building and remodeling various structures, including homes, barns, warehouses, and yes, even hen houses.
With over 40 years of construction expertise, J.D. holds Builder’s Licenses in both South Carolina and Georgia.

In 1990, J.D. Norris Construction opened its doors, and throughout the years, J.D. has repaired, remodeled, and constructed homes in the greater Aiken and North Augusta areas.
In 2008, J.D. and his wife Cheryl decided to grow their business by joining DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, acquiring the franchise rights for the CSRA.

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen operates as a Design, Build, and Remodeling company, taking care of every element of a home renovation.
