Since its inception in 1990 as a Licensed Home Builder, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Aiken has been realizing remodeling visions, with the DreamMaker showroom opening its doors in April 2008.
We utilize structured methods that we communicate to our clients to guarantee their needs are met, alleviating the common concerns and anxieties often shared by friends about remodeling, like, 'Oh my goodness, that was a disaster' or 'It took twice as long as expected.'
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Aiken and the CSRA, as Licensed Builders in South Carolina and Georgia, deliver full-service Design/Build kitchen and bathroom remodeling, including interior and exterior renovations. We are certified Aging in Place Contractors, specializing in Barrier-Free Designs and cabinet refacing.

While in high school, J.D. Norris was busy building and remodeling homes, barns, warehouses, and even chicken coops.
Having accumulated over 40 years in the construction field, J.D. is licensed as a Builder in both South Carolina and Georgia.

In 1990, J.D. Norris Construction opened its doors, and throughout the years, J.D. has repaired, remodeled, and constructed homes in the greater Aiken and North Augusta areas.
In 2008, J.D. and his wife Cheryl decided to grow their business by joining DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, acquiring the franchise rights for the CSRA.
