First time I used Drastic Drainage and I couldn't be more satisfied. Mike and Lucas are professional, courteous and thorough. They far exceeded my expectations. They thoroughly pumped my cesspool, explained the condition to me and gave me sound advice. My old cover was down deeper then necessary and broken. They installed a collar and new cover bringing the service access closer to the surface to make future pumping easier and less disruptive. Their pricing is fair and they explained each charge to me. They were prompt and when they finished my site was put back in perfect condition. They gave me good advise as to the future of the existing pool and what I could expect, should I have further issues.
Overall I highly recommend Drastic Drainage.

I had Drasitc come to my house for a simplle clean out. Three trips to my house, two floods, a new cesspool company and an Attorney and we are all done with the clean out. If you see these guys think twice before using them.
