My neighbor called them out superbowl Sunday and they did in fact come out. I had them look at mine and the tank needs to be pumped. I ended up paying him to blow out the lines, pump the tank out and install risers for easier access. Today is Thursday at 7:22pm and they still haven't pumped out my tank, didn't finish blowing out the lines and will not respond to my texts or phone calls. No one will respond to my neighbor either. I had to finish pulling the rocks and weed barrier back and hauling away the excess dirt myself and will now have to pay someone else to pump my tank.He added a backwash access in the event it back up but the pipe is sticking up 2 ft in the air and the cap is not even fitted to it. To make matters worse, his wife sits in the truck, smokes and throws her cigarettes butts out the window onto my driveway. I picked up several

SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOURE MONEY!!! Look at the reviews. They took my money and ran. They give you excuses and not show up. Their Better Business rating is an F. Unfortunately I had a weekend issue with my septic and needed someone to come out fast. They were there able to come out quick which is why I went with them however I wish I saw there reviews first. Came out and did half the job got the money and never came back. DO NOT GET SCAMED BY THEM!!!!
