I've been fretting over a basement shower drain that kept backing up. We don't use that shower but I was distressed to see the ongoing backup. I contacted DrainTech online Sunday. They were here on Monday as scheduled, cleared out the drain, and I'm a happy customer! Friendly, accomodative, and highly recommended.

Terrible. They don't do it correctly so they can continue to come back. Instead of using the cutter the first time. They continued to come back without the cutter and still charged each time. So what should have been $300 ended up $1000.

Great, fast, efficient service! Cody gave me a 2 hour time frame to get this done and was out in less than 90 minutes, arrived on time and with correct equipment! Had I known WHO to call, I would have gotten this done sooner. They are FANTASTIC! Cleaned up everything they dealt with. They are my plumbing experts from now on. I'm adding to this review, after having read ALL the reviews, even the ones that are ""not recommended"" by Yelp. The service I received was nearly identical to the 5 or so ""not recommended "" reviews. The only one of all the reviews I have read about this place that has been completely inconsistent with MY experience was the one star rating one. When I was paying my bill, I asked about it and was told(from the business side) that the review does not reflect what actually happened. Again, I've added DrainTech to my phone book because they did such a great job. Read all the reviews. I'm pretty sure you will more likely get a 5 star service than a one star!

We hired Draintech to help with a diagnostic of a problem we are having with our septic system this summer. They came out and looked at our system, inside and outside. The technician had some ideas about what could be causing our problems, but wanted to discuss with his boss before giving an opinion. He told me they would call me the following week with their diagnostic report. They did not. I called the following week, left a message, no return call. They did however, send their invoice, which we paid. I called 11 times, always told whoever I needed to speak to was not there, or would call me back. To this date, I have not received the report we paid for, however, the plumber who originally installed our system has received the report. In speaking with him, he claims Draintech said we were ""coming for them"" and ""trying to make up problems"". Which is far from the truth. We were looking for professional opinion to help solve issues in our septic system. What we got was backdoor dealings with the good old boy's club. Not only will we never use them again, I will make sure to tell this story to anyone who will listen. Completely unethical and unprofessional. I would not trust them to do right by their customers as they have done the opposite to us.

We called and they came within hours even though it wasn't an emergency. They fixed a clog that we had been fighting for a couple years in just 15 minutes. My husband had thought he was going to have to tear up some of the basement floor to fix this problem as that what we had been led to believe from another company. They were recommended to us and I will certainly highly recommend to anyone I hear of that is looking for this service.
