I'm only updating because this is how petty this is, I wanted to note that although this review was written 3 years ago, the representative who I had issues with just updated her response again 4 days ago. She changed her language in her response to sound nicer and that is great, but makes my precious responses look less credible. That's why it's important to note that this had occurred.

After the work started, I read the negative reviews about this company...From my experience, Dave and Matt(not sure) are very competent and efficient at what they do. After thinking I may have been overcharged...I later found out that I was given a very good price for the work performed. The only complaint I have is, after talking to Jody, I know way to much about Septic System. She took the time and explained everything to me. She was nice and courteous and quite knowledgeable to be just working in the office

Never hide this guys if you sale your house , when my house for sale I called them to inspection and when they come the first question they ask me the house had buyer yet? I say yes after that they walk to my backyard and say my septic leaking have to repair $1500... I don't know how they knew the septic leaking because septic was 3foot deep under ground and I didn't remove the soil yet and they didn't see septic either but they knew the septic leaking!!!! Look like the dogs smell......After I removed all soil over the septic and I called another company to inspect and very things good. Now I understood if the house for sale and had buyers they can claim anything and charge your money. That is experience I share for some body want sale the house had septic tank.

Horrible customer service. They were very rude and talked down to me when I didn't know the location and terms that they were asking for. We used a different company that was willing to explain how things work. Don't use this company especially if you have an emergency.
