I can't recommend Drainsters highly enough. Last Sunday morning, when the toilets in my apartment backed up and sewage started bubbling out of pipes next to our house, we had no idea who to call. We called Drainsters and by the time we had dinner Sunday night, the problem was completely solved. Even though we had no prior contact with Drainsters and no appointment, a plumber came out to us within a couple hours, then spent three hours draining the sewage from our clogged pipes and clearing the clog deep in the sewer pipe. The plumber immediately identified the problem (clogged by a tree root that had grown through the pipe) and was exceedingly methodical and careful to make sure our basement stayed clean. They're the company to call when you don't know who to call!

Tavio is wonderful! My husband and I have had issues with the trap in our basement a couple of times since moving into our home. Every time we've contacted Tavio he is incredibly quick to respond, diagnose the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Most recently the trap was creating standing water in our basement bathroom just before the Christmas holiday and Tavio immediately took care of it. If you're looking for any sort of drain service in the greater Boston area, I would highly recommend him!
