I was connected with drains R us via Angie's. I spoke with someone on Saturday and set up a Monday consultation for a sump pump installation at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at 8:37 p.m. i get a text from a random number ( first red flag) saying that if i have any questions, feel free to reach out. On Monday I arrive home at 3:10 p.m. for my 3:30 p.m. appointment, at 4:04 p.m. i text the random number, he calls me back at 4:24 p.m. making alot of excuses, he gets here at 6:30 p.m. completely Rude,he said his phone operator said that this call was for a sump pump repair, i said no its for an installation. He continued to talk over me,about some random things, I politely walked towards my front door, am glad he got the hint,it was time for him to go.Bottomline if you want to encounter some professionals, stay away from this company, on a scale of 1 to 10,i give them a negative 5,what a joke,pictures are included to verify,its not worth my time saying more

My toilet was leaking
They showed up and wanted to charge me 650 just to replace the flange and waxed ring I managed to bargain it 550$ I think this company it's over pricing the customers

Our sump pump failed in the crawlspace. The guys showed up on time after calling to confirm. Apparently the crawlspace was several inches deep of water in a three foot clearance. With more storms expected with heavy rains this weekend, I'll be dammed if they didn't jump down into the space and quickly take cake of the situation and changed out the sump pump and saved us. Nothing but praise for how this company reacted and acted in response to our needs.

I call them because my stack was clogged. The Tennant was putting wipes in toilet. Thhe came removed toilet and ran the auger down the stack and left telling me it was fixed. 5 hours later it was then flooding in basement so I called back and they came back that night which was nice but couldn't fix. So next day they came and took toilet off again which worked for 2 days. Then I called another plumber who fixed it for a 1/5 the price. 525 dollars is wat I paid to them.

Had them out for an inspection of my dripping shower, I was told that they would need to order a cartridge and would be back in a couple days. Fine. A couple days turned into around a week due to emergency calls, which is no problem, I get that as the weather lately has been terrible.

When they returned and were trying to get the old part out, I heard a loud pop and water then started quickly dripping into my wall. They broke one of the connections behind the wall, to which I was quickly told the job turned from my original quote of $250, into $800 and they also needed to cut my wall open to get to the pipes. I had no choice but to let them head to the store to get whatever parts were needed to repair this, as the water was off to my entire house and it would've been a disaster if turned back on.

When the guys returned from getting the additional parts needed, I expressed my frustration and was able to get the price lowered slightly, however it was still over double what I was originally expecting.

The parts were replaced, however the handle and trim in the shower also had to be changed out as part of this new scope (I was not given an option of what to replace with). The handle and trim are loose, you can move the entire assembly around, I now need to find a way to brace the pipes/cartridge in the wall so I don't risk the gasket moving and water seeping behind and into my wall.

So, now I have a loose and ugly handle and trim in my shower, a huge hole in my wall that I need to fix, and out an additional $300.

I wont be calling you guys back. One star because the guys onsite were nice enough to deal with and whoever answered the phones was nice, but the pricing and work was not good.

I don't even know where to begin. This is the best company I've ever dealt with since we've moved here in IL over 20 years ago. I found this company from YELP around 6:15 AM and requested a quote for an emergency service because our sump pump quit. Minutes later, I got a call and they offered to give free estimate. Like promised, one hours later Bill came. He spoke to my husband over the phone aboutthe problem and how he will fix it. They agreed and Bill went and started replacing the bad sump pump. It did not take long, Bill completed the job very well. I was so amazed how quick he did the work and he'd explained to me what he did. I was so happy and feel so much better that the pump is finally fixed. Not only with Bill's excellent work, Bill also gave us a very generous military discount. He did not even charge me for emergency call fee. Our over all discount is far beyond what I expected. I won't say how much because it might be confidential but it is way more than what all of us Military can expect. I toll Bill he is now my most favorite person in the whole Illinois and Wisconsin because. I never felt this good paying somebody to fix a problem in the house. Most of the people I've hired before really ripped me off but Bill is different. Even my husband said the same thing that's why he said he never argued with him when they talked on the phone. Thank you so much Drain R US for sending Bill yo fix our sump pump problem. I promise to spread the good words about your company. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget.

If you are looking for a capable, dependable, professional plumbing service call this service. They were outstanding. Bill was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thoughtful wearing shoes covers. Diagnosed and fixed the problem that two other plumbers couldn't fix. A true master craftsman. Also said he would return if the problem fixed, but I had no problem after his fix. He offered to return to reinstall the toilet tank that was not installed properly in the future if I wished. Just a delight to work with I would definitely use this company again. No house service charge to Wilmot, Racine or Kenosha, have to love that!

Excellent service and reasonably priced. We ended up having to call them 2 times in one week back in May. One time to replace our hot water heater and then a few days later it was our sump pump.

Very professional. Recommended to us and glad we took our friends' advice and called for a free estimate.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone I knew had any plumbing issues that needed to be fixed.
